[Resolved] Lenskart — Progressive lens glasses | |||||
My wife underwent an eye test at home by lenskart more than three weeks back and we paid it rs.6000/- (Appx) in advance for a progressive lens glasses with its frame. The glasses we received in about a week's time contained wrongly powered lenses for reading while distance power was okay. This was confirmed by a revisit and fresh eye test done by lenskart optician executive more than ten days back and was duly conveyed to lenskart. It took its own sweet time to collect the product back and arrange for its correction. Despite regular emails and calls only the product was picked up after another week's time. Every time you write a mail to lenskart, it will generate a system acknowledgement followed by a standard parroted response and then close the ticket. One can imagine how difficult it could be without glasses that too for senior citizens who unfortunately trusted lenskart and paid it in advance our hard earned money and get nothing in return sofar. The emails that we get from lenskart in response are standard lip service responses but no specific date of delivery. To authenticate my complaint i am mentioning the order no.
