I recently purchased 3 products online in Lenskart.com on 30/03/2016 between 3am-4am . They had an offer running up with the gift voucher "INDIA" which promises 30% cashback + 30 % discount. I selected two sunglasses and an eye glass for a sum of 16000 INR in total and I tried applying the gift voucher "INDIA" and it discounted for some reason there was a total discount of the amount, the GRAND TOTAL being 0. I received the order placed confirmation and a status in their website saying "awaiting customer approval". I received a confirmation mail for the products, an sms to my mobile and an order status stating the order is confirmed. Today I received a call from one of the executives stating that there was a "technical glitch" from their side and the said products cannot be given. I tried telling them the fault was theirs by false promising the customer and I followed the proper instructions while ordering. They refused to acknowledge me and was denied of the products. I expect them to compensate for their faults.There was no cashback from using the offer and the offer was a scam as they did not keep the promise once i used the offer. The asked me to order again and I ordered a powerglass again by paying but the product turned out to be small in size! Worst behaviour by a company and I am a loyal customer of theirs.

    I had placed an order for vincent chase vagabond vc 6917 black c1 women's eyeglasses at lenskart on 4th april 2016. On 7th april i.E yesterday i received a mail from delcart courier services saying "customer not answered the call and no response". I haven't received any calls as mentioned in the mail. I have been trying to contact the courier services on the number[protected] mentioned in the same mail. There's no one to answer any calls from yesterday neither has there been any reponse from the delcart customer service. So i tried calling the lenskart customer care and they told me i would be receiving my order by today ie 8th april max. I do not have any concerns if there is a slight delay in delivery. The only thing i want is a response. I am expecting a reply as soon as possible

    This has been resolved now. Though there was a delay in delivery, I appreciate Lenskart for continuously following up and made sure the product will be reaching me. Its the delcart courier services which delayed the delivery. Thanks lenskart. Efforts much appreciated.

      i have purchase a sunglasses from lenskart store at palsia square Indore, below are order details for same .

      But after using this product, this very cheap quality and glasses of plastic materiel, which got scratches and it is not easy to see with it.

      at the time of purchase, your sales person is taking guarantee of glass .

                Today I have purchased 3 rayban glasses from lenskart. There was some promotion going on and when I applied Promo code as INDIA, the order was placed with 100% discount.

                This is not my fault and I have an email stating that my order is successfully placed. Now when I was waiting for my order to arrive, Lenskart cancelled them without even notifying me.

                  I have purchased a spectacle 4 months back, which had a 1 year warranty on frame coating.
                  On getting some frame coating issues after 4 months, I contacted Lenskart for warranty. They asked me to send back the spectacle and they would replace the frame.
                  I had sent the spectacles back to lenskart for frame replacement on 24 Feb 2016. But till date they are just asking more and more time.
                  I have spoken to around 20 different customer support representatives and got all together different version of truth from them.
                  Some of the things they told me:
                  1) My spectacle is lost in transit.
                  2) They found spectacle but frame is out of stock.
                  3) They have added refund to my store credit.
                  4) Again they will try to get product from 3rd party vendor.
                  5) After all above point, One day they started feeling frame was OK, problem was with lenses. Then again corrected them that its the frame which has the problem.
                  6) Now they say they have shipped to wrong address.
                  7) I corrected that address thing on 13 Feb..


                  But the only thing till date which I have got is ... A lot of phone bill and
                  Bucket full of harassment.

                  Please help me.. This company is either run by fools or they are making people fool.

                    t is with disgrace that i need to bring to notice of all dear friends here that lens kart is so rude that first they insult people then they accept their mistake through written apology, then they repeat the same mistake again and when some one is reaching masses with their review that what they do, I have requested a call from senior manager of lens cart yesterday how ever this is how lens kart is suppressing voices from people about their reviews. dear lenskart we have family and friends who are getting acquainted with the horrifying experience that has been came across and the rudeness of communication has happened and all do have social media to share the experience that has went through followup case 1517165
                    company of disgrace is suppressing peoples true comments by blocking them up dear anamika i am still awaiting your findings on my last post . alternatively send all your supportive findings of the case so I can use it to file a consumer court case based on the insult done to my disabilities

                          Staff Member Names : Maria, Shabad, Ayush Sharma working in Lenskart showroom at( Ashirwad Shri Goga Ji Annpurna Enterprises Shop No.1 Star Plaza, Near Baccha Park Meerut- 250001 ) placed my order on 3rd march 2016 which was given to them on 26th Feb 2016 . This delay effected my father. we were promised that it shall be delivered within 10 days of time i.e on 7th march and it shall be home delievery and they deposited full amount of 1203 then and there. as the staff Maria placed our order on 3rd therefore it wasn't delivered yet. i went to them on 8th n they said till will be delivered on 9th. Still no deliverey was made. and no deliverey was made today also i.e on 10 n now we went to the shop and had to request them to give our specs.This behaviour is not expected from the team of Lenskart employees. Please take strict action against them.

                            Order #[protected] Dated 03/05/2015 Order Value Rs 5, 092.
                            The quality of frames supplied are bad. Within few months the frame temples started breaking of its own due to poor and thin plastic used, The screws started coming out from the nose pads. They wont fit again due to poor threading. In fact all the threading and screws do not fit properly and come out. I am really upset with the quality of frames supplied.
                            On complaining Lenskart says it has closed the ticket and hence they are not responsible for the quality. However they misguide the customer by stating that their frames are guaranteed for one year.
                            All shall suggest the customer to be alert before buying frames from Lenskart. I am wearing specks for the last 55 years. All my old frames are preserved and on comparing bear testimony to the worst quality frames supplied by Lenskart.

                              Will defiantly like to say !!! The downside? Sometimes a company will respond quickly to save face of its own but be less motivated to actually resolve the problem. this is

                                I was always wondering how on earth was Lens kart providing such major discount. I want to Lawrence &
                                Mayo and identified a model Tommy Hilfiger TH5622, the rate was INR 5500. I looked at the same model in
                                lenskart and found that the rate was INR8450. it is almost INR3000 higher than a showroom price. So your
                                business model is to have a very very high margin and then provide discounts saying free lens, 29% off,
                                blah blah blah...

                                But if you look at the final value I get the same price or atleast lower than what I get in a showroom. I
                                was just about to get my first glasses from Lenskart, thankfully I found the hidden truth.

                                Their customer support also poor, they will fight for what they deliver,
                                order [protected] with Lenskart.com. quality of the frame is very poor and taken much higher than market valve. I had raised complaint within a week with photo. But no response. Try to contact through their on line chat but they are disconnecting without answer.

                                    I had purchased a frame for rs2746/- as there was an offer the original price was 3999/- but when i sent it for a exchange of colour they took 1 and half month to complete the process and buy the time the frame went back to them the offer which i had purchased the frame was not there anymore. So now i have to pay the full amount of rs3999/- . So this is the worst exchange policy i have seen in any online stores.
                                    Mean while when i asked them as i had purchased it under an offer is it possible for you to provide the glasses for the same price and to get a reply for this i had to cal them plenty of times and every time i had to tell the whole story to each executive . So i am getting my money refunded now.And will never refer anyone to lenzkart .

                                      I ordered a pair of glasses of VC and the optician took my eye power, when i checked the power i told him its wrong. He said its due to transposition and that its the same power but just a different way of writing the power. When i got my glasses and wore them, I started getting headaches due to the wrong power and again went to them to get them checked. The optician spoke very rudely not accepting his fault. I gave the glasses for exchange. Its been 20 days and i have not received the glasses and when i call the shop, they give excuses telling me it will be ready in 2 - 3 days.

                                      I want a refund for the glasses. The service at the Camac Street, Kolkata of lenskart is pathetic and the people handling there don't know how to talk to the customers.
                                      I am attaching along the receipt which was given at the time of giving my glasses for exchange.

                                      I need the refund as soon as possible.
