[Resolved]  Lenskart — Refund awaiting

Address:Maruthi Nagar, Malkajgiri, Hyderabad.

On 3rd August I have ordered a Vincent chase blue cut frames and received the product on 7th August but those frames had wrong PD and cylindrical axis error. I tried to adjust to those frames for few days as per their advice but I was having eyestrain and headache. I reordered those frames but this time with correct PD and less power. But on 17th August I received lenses of lower quality with hydrophobic anti-glare instead of blue cut lens. I returned those frames the same day and asked for a reorder. The next day on Lenskart app, it showed in *my orders* that my product was on the way and will be delivered by 22nd August. But when I went to store on 22nd August I found out that my frames were never sent back in the first place and were in the store all week!! I was fed up with their horrible service and asked for a refund to which they asked me to raise a ticket and I did it. But Since that day I haven't received any confirmation message saying that my refund request has been accepted. During this period of over three weeks, I visited the store for 7-8 times. I never expected this kind of customer service from Lenskart. Even today in *my orders* it is showing that my order is running late even though I haven't even ordered a product. I just want my refund ASAP. I have attached the proof below.(Images 1&2 for proof of reorder date and image 3 which even today shows "order is running late".

I received a call from Lenskart on 31st August about my refund status and on 3rd September I received full refund as promised. Though the process took too long, customer support were helpful. For queries I suggest everyone to contact Lenskart through [email protected] or 9999899998
