Sir,
I am order for thin blu smart phone lens (Frame+lens=3500rs
Package)
Double vision/axis bifocal lens with two frames
1) vc e11889-c3 eye glass, matte black, half rime
2) vc e10485 eye glass, black, half rime
Lens required features
Blocks blu light, 1.6index thinnest for double side anti glare, smashed&scratch, water& dust repellant, uv420- protection required lens for above two frames. For these frame+ lens i have paid 3528rs. But you offering to me premium bifocal package this is 2500rs. Do you catch my point, that way you trying cheating to me. If you want evidence i will you give the 7th, 8th and 9th orders of screen shots to you how did you modify it. So please cancel my order refund my money immediately

    We are taken online spect from your representative mr. Sandip dube on 11th feb 2020. Wrong delivery given at the end of march 2020. Thereafter receipt given after two months after lockdown he has changed the same at that time he has given wrong spect. While enquire with your shop at r city mall there was a remarks “refund given “ there after enquiry with mr dubey he has refused to given refunds also collected spect from us. Also suggested us to go and complaint against me. Therefore you are requested to look in matter.

      We were not treated properly...plus they didn't bother to provide us with sanitizer and check the temperature. They were very rude and told us to complaint with a careless attitude. As a sincere customer I would like an action towards this or I'm going to end my relation with lenskart forever.

        On Feb 2020, I ordered a pair of spectacles from lenskart store with insurance which i paid extra 99rs, 4 days later the products arrived at the store and a employee called me and said that one spectacles is damaged due to shipping mishandling and that they will replace it and told me to collect 1 specs. After 4 days the replacement was received. 6 months later due to low quality of materials, my one spectacle broke on little accidental pressure and when i went to claim my insurance for specs, I got an email from Symbo insurance, that the claim was rejected as it was already replaced. I paid for the insurance and because of the fault of lenskart employees or courier partner mishandling the product, my insurance claim was rejected. Note that the specs was replaced before it reached my hand.

        The same issue was raised with lenskart customer care, they were supportive and resolved my issue. The insurance didn't claim as it was already exchanged, so they provided alternate, they initiated exchange/refund for me and i chose refund which was given in form of 'store credit' which i used it to buy another specs from them.

            I think I have been Overcharged for my recent order at Lenskart. I have purchased a John Jacobs blue cut power glasses on B1G1 gold membership. I received one of the piece from the order today. It says the final price of the product happens to be 2800 INR. Now since you offer B1G1, if this single piece is for 2800, and I should be getting the other one free, why am I made to pay separately for the second piece. I am highly unsatisfied for the first time with lenskart. I have made a payment of 5600 even after Gold membership.
            If such is the case what is point in paying 600 extra bucks and buying a gold membership! I actually tried to reach out a lot on customer case but in vain, this is my last option.

              Refund awaiting

              On 3rd August I have ordered a Vincent chase blue cut frames and received the product on 7th August but those frames had wrong PD and cylindrical axis error. I tried to adjust to those frames for few days as per their advice but I was having eyestrain and headache. I reordered those frames but this time with correct PD and less power. But on 17th August I received lenses of lower quality with hydrophobic anti-glare instead of blue cut lens....

              Hey.
              This is [removed]. I had ordered vincent chase computer eyeglasses with no/zero power lenses. I received it on 23rd of august and on 24th of august, i filed a return because it was giving me a severe headache and the frame was very uncomfortable. The very next day i got a call for pickup that was 25th of august and my glasses were picked with all other things related but still lenskart sent me a mail that my pickup is scheduled on 27th of august after 6 hours of the pickup and the pickup status is showing pending, this is insane. Even i am not getting any type of customer support. I haven't expected this from lenskart. I just want my money back.

                The person who came demanded money and denied eye check up.

                Lenskart customer care representative on whatsapp told me that eye check up service is free of cost after placing a full order including frame and lenses. I placed the order and I had to call customer care to schedule a free eye check up. At first they denied so I had to tell them the whole story and told them if they do not schedule free eye checkup I will cancel the order. They later scheduled the free eye check up.                 I had heard a lot abt lenskart but to my surprise, I was cheated by the product I received from the company.
                I had ordered my glasses from lenskart in Pune due to the Pandemic it was delivered to my place in perfect condition. I wanted to try the progressive lens from lenskart so placed the order accordingly. After using them as adviced by the optholmologist for 15 days I started having problems with the glasses. So went back to the store they said that it was a minor problem of the lens which shd have been tilted. They tilted it and said to continue using them. But the problem still prevailed so in order to get the lens power checked I visited another store of lenskart wen I got the print of the power there, it was less power than I had asked them for. So I went back to the store and I was surprised to hear their reply.
                They said each store machine has a default miss of .25 power. And they cannot accept the print of the other store.
                To my surprise a company having a nationwide reputation has failed to deliver the correct power. The claims made by the company abt perfection and precision are all false. I am unable to use the specs for which I have paid an amt of 4, 000.
                Inspite of repeatedly asking to fix the problem they are asking me to upgrade the lens to a sum of 7, 000 for which too they don't guarantee. So wat would one call this attitude. Fake or cheating.

                  I applied to return order no 12215386 on 15 july, 2020 and it was picked up on 22nd july. But i got no refund. I gave the eyeglasses to the man who came for pickup but i recieved no message that order has been picked up. I have been calling lenskart custome care since then but they say courier company has made no such pickup because your registered number was unavailable when they called. This is such an absurd thing to say as they have been calling on the same number to sell their other products. Also, even if my number was not available they know the address why they had to call and then only pickup the return order. It has been a month now. I want my money back. I can't pay for their carelessness.

                      Have paid amount 1566.55 rs via google and payment was successful but lenskart .com didn't confirm the order and denied that they didn't get payment . but after confirming my Kotak Mahindra bank and Google pay that amount was credited
                      into lenskart account . i have shared all receipt/Proof with lenskart but still denying for payment refund .
                      If I file charge back bank required lenskart statement because it’s an upi payment .

                        Had asked for a replacement for Order id # [protected].on June 11 2020. Even after picking up the product, Lenskart has till date not given me a replacement for product. Had raised ticket for same #11136299 for which I was assured to be given a replacement either by sending an email to [protected]@lenskart.com or by calling [protected]. Even after calling customer care and asking them to replace with the product I want they are not processing my replacement. Pathetic service by Lenskart. Very disapointed the way they handle customer requests. They don't even provide an escalation number to whom we can talk. Instead they say talk to [protected] and issue will be resolved. Even after calling [protected], there is no replacement given, even when the product requested for replacement is available. Very pathetic people. Do not buy form Lenskart

                          On 16th i have purchased 2 computer class from vijayanagar bangalore outlet.
                          1) outlet person has given me demo pieces which was kept for showing purpose, i think it is been used by many and many people's. I have asked her i will wait for sometime, please provide me box pieces she said we don't have you have to take this. Dear concern iam paying the money for the glasses and i haven't asked them for free of cost.. Taken 999/- + tax and given demo pieces. My brother brought same from marthahalli outlet they took 2days and given new one, so i have visited the lenskart. It was a emergency for me to buy the glasses.
                          2) she has not given the clothe which needs to be given for any glasses.
                          3) i have membership card she said it can't be used and she has taken full amount around 2300/- rs for 2 computer glasses.in your app it shows 708/- rs after adding tax for 999/- glasses. She has charged double.

                          If you are giving demo pieces, then take 50% and give me that. Taking full amount and giving used one.

                          I don't know what you do, i need difference amount 822/- back.

                          Finally, i was so excited about lenskart, now i will never going to refer anyone for your service.

                            I want to complain against the store at Naktala. My frame broke on 16th august 7.30 pm that was purchased from lenskart. I stay at Naktala so went there as I cant see without a spectacle and needed immediate repair. The store girl told me to wait outside, as lenskart is allowing only 5 people. I waited for 10mins then she told store will be closed come tomorrow. As if only they are working in pandemic. Im a bank employee, customer service should be prior importance even now.

                              I have purchased the product with the insurance for 1 year, my glass is broken, and while claiming it they are rejecting the order by giving vague reasons.

                              First reason : we regret to inform that your request to exchange/refund vincent chase eyeglasses of order #[protected] could not be entertained due to reason : exchange rejected required images from back side.

                              Second reason : we regret to inform that your request to exchange/refund vincent chase eyeglasses of order #[protected] could not be entertained due to reason : raise req. For insurance claim via symbo app..

                              Insurance claim is already successful, still they give the excuse to raise raise req. For insurance claim via symbo app..

                              It is clear lenskart is fooling and looting customer by selling insurance and will not provide anything when you claim it.

                              If it is not addressed now, i will make sure people know about the ponzi scheme you guys give when you purchase the order.

                                I booked appointment and ordered for my wife and son for best frame and fully loaded blue cut lenses-order id [protected], but i received only essentials. I am attaching the order summary as well.

                                You guys made a gold membership customer cheated as we don’t have any choice left, the guy ordered my requirement is now running to help us out that’s why we have to reach out to the management.

                                  Bought a glass which has fitting issue hence raised an exchange request and ordered fir a new glass. They didn't arranged the pickup nor delivered the new glass. On doing inquiry from customer care the cancelled the order.
                                  This is a serious offence of consumer rights.
