I has purchased the eyeglass 20/04/2020 order number is [protected]. The quality of the frame is so much bad. Yesterday i was wearing that and suddenly the side of the frame is got brake. The company is just fooling the people and earning the money from customer and provide the pathetic quality and service to the customer. Online portal of this company for for only cheating and fooling the people to showing the bad quality of the eyeglasses. I want the replace ment of my eyeglass. For the middle man in this period earning of the money is so difficult and if you do scam like this way your company image is goes so much down.

    Not even worth a star . I purchased two glasses . Requested Return for both as the eye test lenskart took was incorrect. They took one glass and refunded the money. The other glass is still with me . There is no response from their team . It is been 35 days . When I call they say will arrange a call from customer care. But no one calls . They send a email every two days . First they said it ll take 3-5 . Then 7-10 . Then asked 48 more hours. Now there is no response.

        Sir, refer order no.[protected] product is deffective with respect to power for far distance vision. i am unable to see far distance . seems, power of glasses or cylendrical axis is not correct. causing headaches when used. money gone wasted. should have ordered from local optician. Now i have shifted to bhilai from delhi. Can you provide assistance here?

          Phonepe clearly said that the amount has reached the merchant, but lenskart is saying there was no amount credited...

                Worst Service I have ever seen where my mother has to stay outside because of corona period who is aged (59 years) and also have critical operated eye situation, why you have opened the showroom just close it if your seller is not able to respect a women aged above 50. I have visited it 3 times what the hell!!!.
                Previous experience is also very bad about purchasing a spectacle from you . No Response No Action . Well done

                  My name is Akshay Mahanti and my number is +[protected].

                  I have been using Lenskart services for the last 4 to 5 years and I have never had any problems. The quality has always been top-notch.

                  Less than 2 years back I got myself a pair of Powered Sun Glasses from Vincent Chase.

                  I maintain my Glasses very well and am very careful and there has never been any physical damage to the product from my side.

                  Over the last couple of months I am seeing that the frame is developing small cracks all around the class. The Lenses are like brand new but the frame is not. I went to the Showroom and spoke to someone named Arun and he said that they cannon do anything else. I asked him for a solution and he says buy a new frame and said there is a buy one get one free offer. I asked him, why? I wear glasses with power, so buying a new pair makes no sense let alone getting 2 pairs.

                  There are easily 8 to 10 cracks on the frame all around. I asked the manager for a workaround and he just blew me off. also was not polite or cordial.

                        I have purchased John Jacobs Gunmetal Rimless Rectangle John Jacobs Pro Titanium JJ E10399-C3 Eyeglasses from Lenskart store at Rourkela, Odisha on[protected].

                        There is a severe issue in the frame especially right side of temple and nose pads (Nose Pad is putting pressure on nose).
                        Right side of temple is not straight as well. Nose Pads are also not aligned with each other.
                        Requested please arrange for collection of the eyeglass and necessary correction in it.

                          I had bought this specs in aug and they are broken within 3 months. Even after repeated follow ups.. the frame is not yet picked up for repairing. Kindly refund the amount if you cannot take care and provide such poor quality. Really unhappy with all this interaction.

                            I bought one Vincent chase glass from Lenskart, whwn I opened it it screw came out from frame. When I tried to reinsert the screw the leg is not even matching with frame. Then I contacted Lenskart still now after 17days no one have came for the return pickup. Lenskart people are still saying another 48 hrs 72 hrs and it goes on.
                            Now I strongly believe no one is going to take the responsibility and why a need of costumer service for Lenskart. Wonderfully cheated.

                              The John Jacobs specs got delivered without any problems.

                              But the lenses...
                              Bausch & Lomb
                              Optima 38
                              2 lenses (Rs 727+Rs 727 = Rs 1454) was not received instead they sent Specs lens cleaner of Aqualens worth Rs 150. It was delivered by Delhivery and the delivery code worked.

                              Where are my LENSES?! Tried multiple times to contact the consumer care. No call back till now.

                                I have bought spectacles from your Bangalore, Anantha Nagar show room and given complaint multiple times regarding the quality issues where I didn't get any solution. There is no value for complaints in lensecart. I am going to consumer court with whatever proof and recorded phone calls I have. Disgusted service

                                    I ordered from lenskart on 20/07/2020 (order id [protected]), with successful payment RS 766.41 through UPI. Transaction ID:[protected].

                                    As per last request I contacted my ICICI bank for dispute, but they are saying transaction is successful and credited to beneficiary account. Lenskart not refunding my amount they cancelled my order.

                                    I am attaching my bank statement and Lenskart order details.

                                      My name is Pradeep Singh. I placed an order on 30th, Oct, 2020 for Soflens 59 and Soflens Toric contact lenses at Krishna Nagar Delhi Store. My order number is [protected]. I visited the store on 4th, Nov, 2020 to know the status of my order as In my lenskart App, "Order created" was only showing. The store team assured me that we have raised a ticket for the same and said that Order will be delivered by 5th, Nov, 2020.

                                      Then I visited the store on 5th, Nov, 2020 at around 7:30 PM and I got to know that my order is still not yet received. What lenskart is doing? as this is known for the best company in this sector. Are they worried for customer support? I have contacted on call too and the advisor was saying that the order may be delivered within 2 or 3 days that means still you are unable to provide an exact date of delivery. I needed the product on 5th, Nov, 2020.

                                      You have crossed the delivery date and only the customer has been affected due to this trouble. No one else. Today is 7th, Nov, 2020 and no update for my order.

                                        Wrong sight spects..the employee (women) said she will rectify the mistake..within two days she will call to me ..but i didn't get any calls yet..i have been trying to contact the store from the number which is showing on Google..but nobody answering the call..
                                        I am feeling very disappointed with the Malakpet branch service..
