Lenskart — Refund not received for my return order

This is with regards to my order ID [protected] which I had ordered from the Lenskart Store. To my dissatisfaction I had returned both the products (reading glasses) on the 4th July 2025. The team said my refund would be processed and credited immediately. But it's 10 days today and I have not received my refund yet. It's a huge amount of approx Rs. 7500/- and I have been waiting for my refund since then. I am highly disappointed with the customer service and accounts team for being so negligent and careless to process the refund quicker. The customer care is not even proving me with the UTR no. Please investigate the matter and help me get my refund.
