[Resolved]  Lenskart — Regarding eye glasses insurance

I have ordered two eye glasses from lens kart store Pheionx mall Bangalore on 22 feb 2021 with order of - [protected], with insurance of Rs99 from Bajaj ..after receiving product I found product was not good then immediately I placed order for exchange of product, after few days I have received new product and I was under impression insurance which I had taken for old product will also be transferred to new one because I have paid the money .One month back i started getting issues in my glasses (power coating started peel off) for this I visited store thought insurance is there but after visiting store they told insurance is not there for new product it cannot be transferred.i agree but my question is why they have not informed at the time of taking new product ..when they have cancel old product why they have not refunded my insurance money ..was under impression insurance is there, now for changing lens for new product they are charging 2000 .this is not expectable from company like lens kart ..Now when I spoke to customer care they are telling will provide of 99 rs gift vouchers..I don’t want gift vouchers this is completely cheating and misleading to customers .
