I bought glasses from lenskart on 2nd September from lenskart. Order id:[protected] from lenskart store of Rs 4032.
The shopkeeper messed up the whole thing. The address, the power, everything was incorrect though I told him to check thrice. That order was cancelled and I opted for refund. I got cashfree link on 7th September (one of Rs 2520 and the other one of Rs 1512).
I gave my UPI details n got the refund of Rs 2520. But the refund of Rs 1512 was pending on 7th September. I checked on 8th morning, still it was pending. On afternoon, it was showing 'refund completed'. I checked my account and there was no refund of the same. I waited for 2 days, after which I tried contacting the customer service. They told me, "the refund is completed from our side, check your bank". I did checked again and there was no transaction against the id they gave me. After which I'm contacting them everyday for the same reason. I have shared all the screenshots regarding my bank statement many times now, yet no response. I even contacted cashfree n google pay regarding the transaction id and they too said, "no transaction from this id".
I got their mail today in response to the mail I sent them 3 days ago. And the same thing. They are not even trying to investigate in this matter. If I didn't got the refund and you did, then where did that money go?? Isn't it lenskart responsibility to look into this.
This whole thing, from messing the order (by inexperienced shopkeeper) to irresponsible customer service is my fault right??
