Lenskart — Return and refund

I have purchased gaugles on 7 August 2021. Faced problem in both gaugles. Far vision was not clear. Asked for return and refund. I have sent both articles and received by Lenskart . I have made many calls. They are logging complaint but till I have not received refund.
