Desirable resolution - repair/replace
i am using lenskart for all my family members, , , , , i expect lenskart to repair/replace my frame as early as possible

Updated by Dharmendra Gc Hello, i found lens frame quality is bad . Iam ok to use current lens, , but with replacement of Frame, , , , , But unfortunately, , they are mentioning the frame is out of stock ? iam not sure why Lenskart is stopping frame model within 2-3 years, , , ? donth they expect customer will come back for replacements ? now should i go for full replacement of lens also ? Lenskart is not worried about having long term cusotmer relationship ?
Should we delclare lenskart as " Buy it & forget any other service "?
