[Resolved]  Lenskart — Specs whose power on or above 4

We visited 3 branches of Lenskart, 1st one in Kolathur 2nd in Shanthi colony & 3rd is Kolathur again.
Buy 1 Get 1 for gold membership (whtas the use)
For my mom the Eye check up was done in Kolathur Lenskart for the power & frame was also choosen.
They asked us to select another frame, since kids size wasn't available we went to Shanthi colony branch. Size wasn't available that's fine & understandable.

Again we came back to Kolathur to make the order & selected the 2nd frame. After selection of both the frames, atlast they are saying above 4 point of power we do not have any frames.

After so many hours, the Lenskart team was not even aware whether the specs whose power is above 4 was not available in any of their store & when we asked them to show us the frame which can match point 4, they were not aware of it.
Shame on it.
As a lens company if they couldn't afford a glass above the power 4, why the hell they are running this. Not not even having the knowledge.
Still now there is no information where it can be accommodated or not, when requested them to check n confirm.
