Lenskart customer care representative on whatsapp told me that eye check up service is free of cost after placing a full order including frame and lenses. I placed the order and I had to call customer care to schedule a free eye check up. At first they denied so I had to tell them the whole story and told them if they do not schedule free eye checkup I will cancel the order. They later scheduled the free eye check up.
