Lenskart — The person who came demanded money and denied eye check up.

Lenskart customer care representative on whatsapp told me that eye check up service is free of cost after placing a full order including frame and lenses. I placed the order and I had to call customer care to schedule a free eye check up. At first they denied so I had to tell them the whole story and told them if they do not schedule free eye checkup I will cancel the order. They later scheduled the free eye check up. My order was placed for free eye checkup online by customer care. The person who came demanded money and denied eye check up.

Your customer support executives don’t even know if you offer free eye check up or not and you are talking about serving your customers? The order number was [protected].

This appointment was scheduled free of cost by your customer support and the guy who came demanded money. I asked him to leave. Later that day I received an sms stating “Appointment Missed : We tried to reach you regarding your [protected]@Home Appointment #[protected]. Please click http://lnskt.co/BZfKHRh8 or call on [protected] to reschedule”

I had to reschedule the appointment. Sheer waste of time.
