I ordered an eyeglass in February. Unknowingly, by some manual slight force a side of my eyeglass got damaged. I contacted the store, I clearly mentioned them the reason of damage and they told me that if the damage is repairable they will do so or else they would exchange it. I was out of station foe studies so they told me to visit the store later. I called them 15 days before and they told me that because of the lockdown repairing is not being done as workers are less you can contact us or visit the store in about 10-15 days. I did so and today i visited the store. But now, they deny to exchange the eyeglass as the reason of damage does not fit in the lenskart policy. I am not satisfied with this. They did not specifically mention their policy when I told them about my problem.
Pleasee take my request into consideration.

    I had placed a order on 21st june and received a deffected product. After making a number of complain, product have been pocked up on 12 july. Even after picking up the product, on your app, you have not updated the same and even after generating tickets and riasing multiple complain no one is reponding with a solution and just writing that they are working on this.

    Now major problem is i am facing pain and not able to see on my laptop. I am pretty sure that again you are going to reply the same that you are working for the same but still writting with some hope.

      Despite sending legal notice for refunding my money alongwith my legal expense and compensation for not delivering our spectacles after delivery date, this company neither refunding my money nor answering to me. I have been harassed by this company for the past four months.

        I need the bifocal lenses but the option is not there.

        Infact I placed an order without knowing the differences between them since the option is not listed there.

        I placed an order and after a day got a call from customer care that the lens power needs bifocal lenses

          I ordered a pair of eye glasses, 1 i kept with me, one more eye glass quality was so bad so i sent it back by raising exchange product request, they took back the glass from me, it been 4 months i havent got replacement product, am just done with writing mails, calling them its, am not able to place replacement order with their application and they are not placing any order behalf of me. I just want a replacement of product.

            Today we visited your gandhidham store and purchased 2 frames and and glasses, after payment we forgot that we had a offer coupon so we called and said them to avail but the behavior of mr. Amit morya was unexpected and very rude he was making us count of the time he attended us, and that to very rudely.
            Even if he was not able to avail coupon he should not behave how he did, we are not here to listen your rude talk.
            I just want to cancel my order and want my refund

              Visited lenskart at kharadi outlet which is in pradeep plaza with my mother. I am the regular customer and i got good service that is the reason i took my mother to the store. After selecting the frame we were waiting for for eye-test as there was a power cut we waited almost 1 hr at the store that's totally fine.

              After an hour when power comes one executive take us for the eye check up, and suddenly another executive name hemant who was already present there doing something shouted very badly on his colleague stated that i am doing some work here. Me and my mother felt very bad. My mother is 51 year old suffering from diabetes and asthma still she is calm and patiently waiting for checkup just as per my experience. That gentle man named hemant does't care how he behaving with such an old customer after knowing that she is waited for so long.

              He start the checkup and rudely stated that you undergo with the operation we can't give you the number. I do not understand that he is not the doctor but how he assume my mother had a operation. If he have a doubt he can politely ask but he clearly stated this that was very unprofessional and rude.

              My mother never had any operation neither any minor or major surgery, i am not blaming his capabilities but at-least he should know the way of asking.

              After that he rudely put the glass aside and again we waited like a fool.

                  I ordered the lenskart air blu lens product on 03 july 2020. When i opened the product i found the item missing in the box which i received. The packet in which i have got was sealed. But lens box that was sent by lenskart was empty. I was not expecting this from lenskart. Please guys i want my order to return please refund me the money asap. Unexpected thing happened first time with me on lenskart.com.

                    I ordered a spectacle on 24/6/20 that arrived at 1/7/20. The specifications of the lens was given but the delivered product was defective. Instead of cylindrical l -1. 5 and r -1. 75, it is spherical.
                    I have tried both email and phone options to contact lenskart, but no answer.
                    I want quick resolution of this problem as i don't have a spare glass at the moment.

                        The spectacles were ordered on 8/5/2020 and order id no: [protected] and product id no.136816 the power of the spectacles was also sent. The spectacles are not made as per the power sent. Which makes it difficult for me to see.

                          I ordered two spex for my son from amritsar store on jan 13, 2020

                          But im very much disappointed from leskart both the spex's got scratches n one frame is broken.. Now how he will study or see.. Tears in eyes never shop again from lenskart worst services

                            Today afternoon i visited lensekart store at patlipada near hiranandani estate, thane west to buy a reading spec for my daughter. While i was looking at the right frame, i requested the salesmen asfaq and unish to tighten my existing spec, he verified my details in the system and agreed to do so.

                            After 10-15 minutes he returned my spec and i was shocked to see that layer on the lens has got damaged because of heat he applied for tightening it. When i complained, they refused and started arguing. All this has happened in front of me. My expensive glass which i bought from lenskast almost a year and half-back is of no use.

                            Kindly resolve my complaint as soon as possible

                              Hi team,

                              I had purchased lenskart specs from lenskart store in bomanhalli bangalore.

                              There was a problem in spec in one side stick so i went to the store last week to fix it.
                              Store people asked me to wait for 2-3 days to get a replacement confirmation.

                              Its very unfortunate that i haven't for any information regarding that yet.

                                I ordered the spectacles on 10th june and got the confirmation that it will be delivered on 15th june.
                                After waiting for the product, i made a call on 16th june. Then i got to know that my order has been cancelled due to payment issue. There was no communication made to me about the payment issue prior. I checked with my bank and there was no issue with my payment. Next day i get a call from customer care and they are saying that there is no issue with the payment now. Height of mismanagement!!!
                                Till date i have not got any reason why the order was cancelled, why the communication was made to me about it will de delivered on 15th june
                                Now they are saying, it will take another 5 days to deliver the product as they will now process the order again.
                                Being a leading seller this is how you are managing the orders of the essential items.

                                  Ordered lens of john jacobs black silver full rim aviator john jacobs supreme steel jj e11545 - c1 eyeglasses worth rs. 3360. I was told by the store representative that my item will be delivered by 12th june 2020. Today is 16th june 2020 and i have not still received my package. I neither heard anything from lenskart nor from the courier partner 'ecom express'.

                                  Store representatives are also not having any idea on the package when i approached them.

                                  This has been the worst experience for me. Never expected this kind of service from lenskart.

                                      I was referred to the lenskart service centre at murugeshpalya on old airport road bangalore to tighten the frame of the specs bought from lenskart. While fitting, the technician had broken the lense.

                                      After checking with his higher ups he said he would get similar lenses and provide me replacement at 50 % of the cost within 15 days.

                                      His commitment is mentioned in the customer service form no 28735 dated 01/06/20.

                                      Every time i called the service representative mr amal, he blames it on covid and says that their head office personnel would call me.

                                      It is 15 days and i think no one seems to be bothered to solve the problem.

                                      Dear Lenskart support,
                                      I have been following up with the store person Mr Amal, of your Murgeshpalya repair facility and he is blaming it on Covid for the delay in their head office calling me even after more than 20 days.

                                      The details will be clearer from the Service Report Memo issued by your store confirming that the technician has broken the lens and that he would give a replacement.

                                      The Service Report is attached.
                                      Hope you will send me the replacement at the earliest and avoid great inconvenience to me.

                                        I was purchase of two lenskart frame and glass one products color problem i was go to shop ans they says we are claim to company and tell your after 04 days. Then four days they are calling to me and says your claim approve and you will come and change your products.
