Had asked for a replacement for Order id # [protected].on June 11 2020. Even after picking up the product, Lenskart has till date not given me a replacement for product. Had raised ticket for same #11136299 for which I was assured to be given a replacement either by sending an email to [protected]@lenskart.com or by calling [protected]. Even after calling customer care and asking them to replace with the product I want they are not processing my replacement. Pathetic service by Lenskart. Very disapointed the way they handle customer requests. They don't even provide an escalation number to whom we can talk. Instead they say talk to [protected] and issue will be resolved. Even after calling [protected], there is no replacement given, even when the product requested for replacement is available. Very pathetic people. Do not buy form Lenskart

    On 16th i have purchased 2 computer class from vijayanagar bangalore outlet.
    1) outlet person has given me demo pieces which was kept for showing purpose, i think it is been used by many and many people's. I have asked her i will wait for sometime, please provide me box pieces she said we don't have you have to take this. Dear concern iam paying the money for the glasses and i haven't asked them for free of cost.. Taken 999/- + tax and given demo pieces. My brother brought same from marthahalli outlet they took 2days and given new one, so i have visited the lenskart. It was a emergency for me to buy the glasses.
    2) she has not given the clothe which needs to be given for any glasses.
    3) i have membership card she said it can't be used and she has taken full amount around 2300/- rs for 2 computer glasses.in your app it shows 708/- rs after adding tax for 999/- glasses. She has charged double.

    If you are giving demo pieces, then take 50% and give me that. Taking full amount and giving used one.

    I don't know what you do, i need difference amount 822/- back.

    Finally, i was so excited about lenskart, now i will never going to refer anyone for your service.

      I want to complain against the store at Naktala. My frame broke on 16th august 7.30 pm that was purchased from lenskart. I stay at Naktala so went there as I cant see without a spectacle and needed immediate repair. The store girl told me to wait outside, as lenskart is allowing only 5 people. I waited for 10mins then she told store will be closed come tomorrow. As if only they are working in pandemic. Im a bank employee, customer service should be prior importance even now.

        I have purchased the product with the insurance for 1 year, my glass is broken, and while claiming it they are rejecting the order by giving vague reasons.

        First reason : we regret to inform that your request to exchange/refund vincent chase eyeglasses of order #[protected] could not be entertained due to reason : exchange rejected required images from back side.

        Second reason : we regret to inform that your request to exchange/refund vincent chase eyeglasses of order #[protected] could not be entertained due to reason : raise req. For insurance claim via symbo app..

        Insurance claim is already successful, still they give the excuse to raise raise req. For insurance claim via symbo app..

        It is clear lenskart is fooling and looting customer by selling insurance and will not provide anything when you claim it.

        If it is not addressed now, i will make sure people know about the ponzi scheme you guys give when you purchase the order.

          I booked appointment and ordered for my wife and son for best frame and fully loaded blue cut lenses-order id [protected], but i received only essentials. I am attaching the order summary as well.

          You guys made a gold membership customer cheated as we don’t have any choice left, the guy ordered my requirement is now running to help us out that’s why we have to reach out to the management.

          I think I have been Overcharged for my recent order at Lenskart. I have purchased a John Jacobs blue cut power glasses on B1G1 gold membership. I received one of the piece from the order today. It says the final price of the product happens to be 2800 INR. Now since you offer B1G1, if this single piece is for 2800, and I should be getting the other one free, why am I made to pay separately for the second piece. I am highly unsatisfied for the first time with lenskart.

            Bought a glass which has fitting issue hence raised an exchange request and ordered fir a new glass. They didn't arranged the pickup nor delivered the new glass. On doing inquiry from customer care the cancelled the order.
            This is a serious offence of consumer rights.

                Hi team,

                It has been more than 45 days and my ticket is still open.

                I have sent multiple emails on your support group from my from my email id [protected]@gmail.com for the order# [protected] (Email sub : issue related to order #: [protected]) but i have not got any solution for this.

                This issue is something related to exchange, i have already sent the product for exchange and it has been delivered to you warehouse on 13th july. By mistake your support team has generated exchange link for different product (Product that was not sent) due to which i am unable to order the correct product. Now they say that both the product which i have sent is disposed and they are unable to verify.

                Please let me know the right place where i can go and get the solution because i am tired of calling your customer care and sending email at your support group.

                Hoping for the better solution.

                    I had already informed the sales representative of lenskart that i am not interested in the gold membership yet i see it billed against my order. Request if you can revert the membership and refund my money.

                    Please look into the matter so that in future promotional membership are not forcefully provided to customers without their consent.

                      Dear team,

                      With respect to the attached document, i have mailed you ‘n’ number of times with respect to order id #[protected]. Due to poor quality of frame, the coating of the specs started getting removed. I got this particular specs for 3700 rupees and even after your pick up from last two months i have not got any reply neither refund. I dont have spare specs and such poor service from your end has really put me into trouble and increased the mental stress.

                        Sir/Madam,
                        I had ordered for two pair of lenses having order no 17365272 dated 06 Jul 2020 from MP Nagar Zone 2, Near Raymond Showroom lane, KRK Electricals and Electronics, but only Item ID 34742436 has been received today and item ID 34742432 is not received yet. When spoke with their representative on lenskart support, they told that the lenses that were made for the aforesaid order ID were defective and were received on 14 Jul 2020 and now it will again be put into preparation and would take another 7 days minimum for it to be despatched. I am working on computers without lenses for the last 14 days. The shop representative says please contact customer care and the customer care says it is with courier. They gave me an order ID to track my item i.e [protected] to track the item. I started tracking where it showed to have despatched from Delhi on 18 Jul 2020 and reached Bhopal on evening 19 Jul 2020. Since then it is three days. Earlier it showed expected date of delivery as evening 19 Jul, then morning 20 Jul the 21 Jul and now it is showing as 22 Jul 2020. Please do the needful sir.

                          I ordered an eyeglass in February. Unknowingly, by some manual slight force a side of my eyeglass got damaged. I contacted the store, I clearly mentioned them the reason of damage and they told me that if the damage is repairable they will do so or else they would exchange it. I was out of station foe studies so they told me to visit the store later. I called them 15 days before and they told me that because of the lockdown repairing is not being done as workers are less you can contact us or visit the store in about 10-15 days. I did so and today i visited the store. But now, they deny to exchange the eyeglass as the reason of damage does not fit in the lenskart policy. I am not satisfied with this. They did not specifically mention their policy when I told them about my problem.
                          Pleasee take my request into consideration.

                            I had placed a order on 21st june and received a deffected product. After making a number of complain, product have been pocked up on 12 july. Even after picking up the product, on your app, you have not updated the same and even after generating tickets and riasing multiple complain no one is reponding with a solution and just writing that they are working on this.

                            Now major problem is i am facing pain and not able to see on my laptop. I am pretty sure that again you are going to reply the same that you are working for the same but still writting with some hope.

                              Despite sending legal notice for refunding my money alongwith my legal expense and compensation for not delivering our spectacles after delivery date, this company neither refunding my money nor answering to me. I have been harassed by this company for the past four months.

                                I need the bifocal lenses but the option is not there.

                                Infact I placed an order without knowing the differences between them since the option is not listed there.

                                I placed an order and after a day got a call from customer care that the lens power needs bifocal lenses

                                  I ordered a pair of eye glasses, 1 i kept with me, one more eye glass quality was so bad so i sent it back by raising exchange product request, they took back the glass from me, it been 4 months i havent got replacement product, am just done with writing mails, calling them its, am not able to place replacement order with their application and they are not placing any order behalf of me. I just want a replacement of product.

                                    Today we visited your gandhidham store and purchased 2 frames and and glasses, after payment we forgot that we had a offer coupon so we called and said them to avail but the behavior of mr. Amit morya was unexpected and very rude he was making us count of the time he attended us, and that to very rudely.
                                    Even if he was not able to avail coupon he should not behave how he did, we are not here to listen your rude talk.
                                    I just want to cancel my order and want my refund

                                      Visited lenskart at kharadi outlet which is in pradeep plaza with my mother. I am the regular customer and i got good service that is the reason i took my mother to the store. After selecting the frame we were waiting for for eye-test as there was a power cut we waited almost 1 hr at the store that's totally fine.

                                      After an hour when power comes one executive take us for the eye check up, and suddenly another executive name hemant who was already present there doing something shouted very badly on his colleague stated that i am doing some work here. Me and my mother felt very bad. My mother is 51 year old suffering from diabetes and asthma still she is calm and patiently waiting for checkup just as per my experience. That gentle man named hemant does't care how he behaving with such an old customer after knowing that she is waited for so long.

                                      He start the checkup and rudely stated that you undergo with the operation we can't give you the number. I do not understand that he is not the doctor but how he assume my mother had a operation. If he have a doubt he can politely ask but he clearly stated this that was very unprofessional and rude.

                                      My mother never had any operation neither any minor or major surgery, i am not blaming his capabilities but at-least he should know the way of asking.

                                      After that he rudely put the glass aside and again we waited like a fool.
