[Resolved] Lenskart — they refused to replace the incorrect lenses | |||||
I have purchased two specs from lenskartstore at telibandha raipur chhattisgarh on 31st may. The order was ready on 2nd of june. Though i showed them the doctor's prescription. I insisted on computer test for confirmation. They did it and i was informed that it was very much close to doctor's prescription. I solely believed them. While receiving the specs i was told that if any problem arises it would be short out. After using the specs for 7 days my sights get blurry and i have had severe headache. Last night i again visited the store. After doing a casual eye check up they forcefully convinced me that it all good with the lenses rather my eyes have lazy vision. Then in front of the store optician me and my husband decided to cross check the report outside. The particular optician told us that he had a 7 years of experience and wherever we want, we could go. Then we visited another optical store for a computer check and surprisingly the result was double the result of the last one on both the eyes. We had to replace the lenses after all eyes can't be taken casually. We were customers of lenskart since last 3 years. But this was last time i visited the store. Being a very reputed brand in itself if they can't meet customer's satisfaction where is the trust lies. Instead of forcing me to use incorrect lenses they would have suggested me to get another pair of correct lenses. They tried to impose that they are right just to save their fame.
