[Resolved]  Lenskart — wrong eye test done and wrongly made specs

I had ordered two specs and i was told that i had power of -0.5 in left eye and -0.25 in right eye one had cylindrical power and the other eye had spherical power. The delivery i recieved had wrong power in the lens. I was given store credit for the amount of ₹3920 and eye test was done again and power increased to -0.5 in both eyes in just a course of 10 days. Having a doubt in my mind i told them to order the specs withorevious power only. I got theselivwry and was using the same. Later on when i visited my home town in diwali holidays i visited my family optician to check the power which was told to have increased by lenskart. I was told by my optician that both my eyes had spherical power and the power had increased to -0.75 in left and -0.5 in right. Being dissappointed and disheartened i told dem to refund my order and was denied on the ground that it was more than 14 days from the date of order placement and that i cannot refund the same.

I was told that all lenskart can do is offer 50% discount on my next purchase. Having recieved such a hopeless and disgusting service from lenskart I am not going to refer it to people and rather make them aware about this instance so that they do not fall prey to the same. And my ₹3920 is just a waste. If only they can give me store credit i can use it in a better way if not the refund.
