I am rhyshabh gogna, a resident of chandigarh, this is to inform you that i ordered a couple of products from lenskart, elante mall branch, chandigarh on 17th october 2017. The staff promised me the delivery of the products "maximum in 7 days" to which the delivery was pending by 24th october.
On 24th october, lenskat official was supposed to call me but i called (+[protected] to track my order (Client no./order no.: [protected]). One of the staff members (Mr. Syed imran) answered my call by promising that he would call me back and provide me the valid details within 10 minutes. But i didn't receive any call's or message regarding whether the product is being delivered or not.
Today on 25th october, i again have to call, mind you i haven't received any call from lenskart store, and this time mr. Nitin kumar received my call and made me aware that the product has still not been delivered at their store, which is the 8th day from the day of product had been ordered.
I would like to you please take an appropriate step (S) in order to train the staff to maintain an honest decorum with customers and also to what lenskart can do to wave me off the inconvenience that i have faced.
