I ordered two specs from lenskart amanora pune. The shop vendor claimed it to be bluecut at the time of order but the ones that i have received on delivery is simple anti reflection lens.in addition, the alignment of lens with frame is just pathetic. It seems as if a non-experienced person has made it. Kindly solve this problem of mine as i have paid a whooping amount of rs.4500.

      Hi, please have a look to my issue and fix it as soon as possible because its very urgent.
      The issue is i ordered first on 28th september and i received mail that my order has been shipped on 30th september through dtdc courier. I tried to track the order through the code that has mentioned in the mail but i failed. I complained about the issue to my nearest dealer lenskart nagaon, assam and they told me that due to some courier problem the product unable to reach at the store. They told me that they will order again but due to shortage of the product i had to choose other one and my order has been placed on 6th oct as i received msg and mail from lenskart. On 7th oct i got mail from lenskart that my product has been sent. But again it show the same courier problem and i can't trace it as usual. According to my nearest store lenskart nagaon the latest location of the product is guwahati, assam. But it can't reach at nagaon.
      How many days i will have to wait lenskart? I ordered twice but i not get my product yet. What are the reasons behind this delay? Please fix it immediately.

        The lenskart people are providing very cheap quality free frames and are charging twice the market rate for the lenses. My lenskart frame was so fragile that it broke without application of any force. It just fell from a low height and broke. I had pretty high expectations from this brand but i am highly dissatisfied and disappointed.

        I bought the frame on 17/05/2017, from rani sati associates, approximately 5 months back. The lenskart people are refusing to give a replacement or refund. Highly unprofessional service. Not sure if i would ever recommend it to anyone. Worst brand ever.

          Lens kart andheri west mumbai store manager, floor manager pandey and bhardwaj. All are team. And they fool the customer. While they are wrong or they make mistake. They all are cheater. They all earn money from cheating only. They don't deliver the product what they show you. When i called to call center pandey was on line. Even he was biased.in answering then bhardwaj came on line he is very big cheater he was trying to cover every one. When i asked for my money. He was showing. All nonsense excuses. Humble request sont buy from atleast mumbai andheri west near bata shhowroom branch

            eyeglasses with progressive lens given duplicate brand

            Dear sir/madam, i here by informing you that lenskart a well known eye glass brand has been cheating people with a promotion of free frame.

            I booked a fcuk brand frame with progressive lens on 20/06/2017 for a price of 9975/-.

            But the frame was very low quality and i had to return it after using for few days. Their bhubaneswar store does not have much stock so they asked me to choose a frame online as replacement...

            I have ordered 2 spectacles (#[protected]) worth 8400 from lenskart store on 24th of september 2017 and expected delivery date was 30th september. Received a mail that it was shipped on 30th september. But no updates from them or the courier yet.
            Dropped a number of mails. The store also hung up my call and never replied back. Kindly look into this.

              Not a professional way to handle and deal with the customer, i had order the rimless glasses order no [protected] which was to perfecting aliment so i had return it on 19th sept 2017 and i had request for the refund on 24th sept 2017 it was credit in the lenskart wallet as a store credit but i had requested for refund in bank account on 25th sept 2017 i had given 10 day tat on 3rd oct 2017 when i had contact them they told me that refund was rejected for same issues god know what the issue is … then on 27th sept 2017 i had order a new glasses after visiting the store i had placed the order
              No [protected] but when i had got the order the same issue the alignment was not perfect they now suggest me to return and placed a new order again i have pay i had already paid rs.4, 341 still i had not gat the perfect frame.. I had also placed the order last year for my mom glasses around 4500. I was planning a new order for my mom bifocal glasses but now its better to visit a local optician …… thanks you lenskart for all

              My Query is Still not Resolved, First Time When I had ordered the Frame was Not aligned Fitting was not proper then I had to return it and placed the new order and not waited for the refund, but the same old story repleted the new frame is not is proper shape and not aligned before placing the order I had visited the store and then placed the order and now when I visited the lenskart store at Andheri west the suggest me to leave my glasses for 3 day and there will replace the frame as the shape is not proper means there will repair my new glasses and again i have to wait Thanks For the Service Atleast give a call to customer to resolve the query

                I've waited more than 72 hours for refund. Order date was 09/09/2017 and cancelled on 10/09/2017 still not received refund in my bank account.

                Kind note that if i haven't received ₹3360 in my bank account then you've to pay double of this amount i. E. ₹6720 to me. I requested you many time through call, chat and now through email.

                  I bought lenskart spectales few months back.. Its not been a year and the frame has started loosing colour.. I went to the lenskart showroom and complained about it.. But the staff there was highly rude and uncooperative... He shouted saying that he cant say when the product be replaced... Had a bad experience with lenskart and will never recommend it to anyone.. It has poorest customer service.

                    I have placed order for two eyeglasses on lenskart seeing the cod option at my pincode. Now the delivery time is near and there is no response. I asled yhere customer team to deliver my order, but they now say it is on hold and cod not available whereas during order they showed cod option. Moreover in betweb this 8 days. They don't even bothered to let me know about the order status and upon my query they are answering stupid logics.

                      I placed an order of 2 eye glasses on 26th september on lenskart store, i was told it will be delivered on 2nd of september. All of a sudden i heard one sms and an mail from lenskart on 1st of september that my order will be delivered at an later date, so a token of failing commitment they gave a store credit of 3192. Order reference no-[protected].

                      All of a sudden when i went to the store they asked me to collect the same, but i said will come within a week to take my store credit. All of a sudden next day i received an call from their end that it the sms and mail which was sent by them is technical issue, so i am eligible. Cheating customers in that way. I send all my details thru mail, but no revert from their end till now.

                      Disgraceful for a small amount lenskart is behaving like this this.

                        I have placed the order on 27.8.2017. The order no. Is [protected]. The order was supposed to delivered on 5.9.17 which was already late. The reason for delay was not conveyed to me. I have called them many times but didnt got any response. On 8.9.17, the have told me that i have to place the order again which will take further i more week. After that i cancelled the order. Lenskart sent me email link to update my bank account online. Link was not working. After that i called customer care again. They told me to email bank details for refund. I am still waiting for the refund. So there was problem at every step in the process without any convey of information to customers.

                          I had purchased the eyeglasses rs 4791 from lenskart store electronic city branch but the fitting and the quality was not appropriate. I told the store to place a replacement order 2 days back (Which falls under 14 day exchange policy by lenskart) but still the order is not placed. I have returned the eyeglasses and the accessories with it as well. Whenever i callvisit the store they just tell that they will place the order and i will get the message but i have not got any confirmation yet.

                            This is my first ever consumer complaint and i feel compelled to do so.

                            Summarising in one world. Lenskart experience has been is "tacky"
                            I may not know about glasses that well, but the team at lenskart do not know their "craft" for sure, both for product and service.

                            Narrating my first experience @ lenskart indiranagar 100 ft road, bangalore.

                            1) i went to lenskart looking for a frame to fit my rayban wayfarer lenses. I was suggested to buy a "vincent" frame by the sales staff and since they didn't have a ready colour option, they ordered it online from the store itself for me. I was asked to come back once the frame arrived, so that they could fit the glasses for me then and there. This was the first week of august.

                            I was pleasantly surprised, how fast they could give me a solution.
                            But, it was short lived.
                            2) i was first told to come back between 14th-15th aug, but eventually after multiple phone follow ups, my frames arrived by the end of the next week. I went to the store to get the glasses fit then and there (As agreed by the lenskart sales staff.). But as soon as they saw the lens and the frame they figured that they can't fit it then and there. They requested me to wait for 1 more week, so that they can send this to the workshop and have it fixed (They also told me how frames are manufactured by robotic ways, its a ticky process etc.. Etc...). I trusted their logic and left my ray-ban lenses with them and asked them to deliver as soon as its done. Requested them to inform me once its done.
                            3) no one bothered to call and inform and again. Absolutely 0 accountability. I made multiple calls to ask them about the same. They very conveniently tell me, maam its not a 100 percent fit. (I had run out of patience by then, told them, please return my lenses and arrange for a refund.)
                            4) to my surprise they deliver my lens (Trackily force fitted onto the vincent frame with glue!!!), something we didn't discuss on... And deliver @ home, when i am not around. I was amazed to see that they feel they can pull off such tackiness???. "who attaches an expensive lens with glue",, i called back immediately and asked them to take their frame back immediately. That was almost two weeks back!!!

                            I am still waiting for them to pick their frame up! And refund.
                            I also reminded them twice to take back their merchandise!
                            They are behaving as if they are doing us a favour!

                            This is my first and definitely last experience with lenskart! And would request any one, who is new to "buying glasses or frames" not to waste their time and energy with this brand. (I spent over 35 k @ gkb for proper set of glasses and i still wonder, why i chose lenskart as an option to explore!

                              I ordered colored lens at 5 of september from lenskart showroom in gopalan arcade mall banglore.. He asked me to pay full amount and i paid.. It was 723 including tax.. He said i il receive the order by max 12september... Today i called and asked and he was telling i already received the order... It's really irritating. I didn't receive the order atleast give my money back

                                Promised to deliver in 3 days but it's been 3 weeks customer is suffering from sever headache but yet lenskart is still giving excuses saying it'll take another 1 week.

                                Manager name om prakash branch/store is still saying it's going to take almost 2 weeks. Where in blue dart can deliver in 1 day yet they want another 2 weeks

                                  I am not satisfied with the service. I ordered item from the store in west mambalam chennai on 25th aug 2017 and till today 8th sep 2017 i didnt get the items yet. I paid the fulk bill value on the same day and i was promised that i will get the items on 31st aug 2017. Nothing happened. I was informed that i will get the items by courier to dubai as i ordered when i came to chennai for my vacation. I left india on 1st sep 2017 and i was promised that the items will be couriered to dubai. Everyday i was following but today i was informed that they are unable to courier since the courier company is refusing to courier the glasses. So what will happen to the amount of rs.4479/- i paid? What if i get the courier with items damaged? Who is going to answer all these questions?

                                  Dear Customer, due to lack of information we are closing this ticket from our end and it will be reopened automatically if we will receive required information from your end.
                                  Order 4096120. Today I arranged to collect the items from your West mambalam chennai branch through my mom since I am out of country. Your branch representative didn't update me the status and they told my mom when she visited today that they are figuring out how to courier the items to Dubai since courier companies are refusing. All i want to highlight is that there is lack of customer service and false promises are being given. They didn't even check whether they will be in the position to courier to Dubai. Also there is no proper updates are being given to customer in spite of several follow ups.

                                    complaint against lenskart for failure to replace the defective specs

                                    I purchased 2 spectacles from lenskart franchise, central market, ashok vihar, delhi in december 2016 which had broken down due to manufacturing defect. Both the broken specs were given to the lenskart franchise, ashok vihar for repair but the franchise informed that it cannot be repaired because of manufacturing defect and the company has given approval for its replacement. I was assured that the new specs would be delivered within 7-8 days....

                                    The delivery man was yelling at the customer on top of his voice. Didn't have the basic curtosy to address the customer. Throw our money back at us and also snatched the package from us. Extremely disrespectful. Name of the delivery man is gaurav singh.
                                    Serious action needs to be taken against him as he claimed that even if we complaint against him nothing would happen to him.
                                    The worst experience ever.
                                    Horrible customer service.
                                    All we said was please carry change and he said that wasn't his job.
