We ordered 4 pairs of glasses in November 1st 2021. They had both spherical, cylindrical powers and was progressive. Order placed in Lenskart Store Durgapur. Upon receiving the glasses we found out that the power was wrong, The store suggested we apply for exchange to get it corrected. We exchanged the glasses twice. All three times the powers were wrong for all 4 of them. We raised a complaint with the store team that we need a refund since clearly Lenskart was unable to make the glasses. The store team agreed and started our refund request for us. (on 8th December) and we returned the glasses to them. However since then its an ongoing battle since Lenskart is not refunding us since we have exchanged the item. The total value of the items are ~50k. We have been following up and talking to the customer support but they are unable to help.
We just need our refund, it was the biggest mistake that we shopped from Lenskart, Just return our money, since its a large amount and we need it to order a new pair of glasses.
