I had ordered two pair of eye glasses for my mom and the fitting of the frame was not perfect within a week. My mom was very uncomfortable with the eye glasses. When we visited the store the executive said that since I have not taken insurance so we cant do anything. He also falsely claimed that refund or exchange is not possible even though i was getting the option in lenskart app.

I requested for a refund through app and the eyeglasses was picked up on Jan 15th 4.30 PM. Even after multiple follow ups with customer care, the app was not updated as pick up completed and I haven’t got a link to update my bank details to get refund.
This is extremely poor customer service and satisfaction. Pls resolve it ASAP

    Lenskart continues to prove repeatedly that they are a fraud company with cheap products and young, ignorant, hapless staff - duping customers with their hyper online marketing techniques.
    I have written a complaint earlier in their facebook page. Lenskart didn't accept my Gold Membership card and tried to shun me off saying that the credit points lapsed. However, after putting my complaint here, finally, they have agreed to utilize my credit points.
    I placed an order for two spectacles in the month of Oct 2021. Out of the two glasses, only one was ready on time and the other took more than a month to deliver. I collected both together in the month of November 2021. Within 2 months, the glass of one of the spectacles (progressive glass with photochromatic) got CHIPPED OFF from inside. Today I approached the BEL Road (Opp. Ramaiah Hospital), Bangalore showroom with my concern.
    First, they tried to give the excuse that (1) the guarantee period is over. When I explained to them that there was a delay of 45 days from their side in delivering the item, they said (2) "chipping of glass" is NOT under the guarantee conditions.
    I am using glasses for the last 20 years and this is the first time, I am facing a problem where the glass is chipped off (that again from the inner side). This is purely a manufacturing mistake whereby substandard material was used.
    I need the defective glass to be replaced free of cost...

      Hi this is subrahmanyam mobile [protected].
      Last week claimed insurance on spectacles. I was told that 313/- has to be paid to get new glasses. After i got the message went to store and chosen glasses they are asking me to pay 1097/- for the new glasses. I am surprised because orginal glasses cost was around 785/- as per bill. Store people didn't provide any solution, they asked me to visit again one more day for which I denied as I stay far from there and already visited twice. Also this store contact number is never reachable unless they want to call and which they never do so.
      Bangalore - Marathahalli, near tulasi theatre is the address. My broken spectacles are with them only and they didn't call till now. I feel like I am being cheated by Lenskart.

            Ordered multi focal lens online on 20th December 2021 with lenskart online. Delivery was on 26th December. But product not received. I requested them to cancel the order and initiate a refund. Each time I contact, different cc attends and asks to wait for 24hrs as order not synced. Almost waited for more than 12 days.             Lenskart has refunded me the amount for the undelivered product. They mailed me from [email protected] and apologized for the poor customer service and refunded the amount.

            After several days of follow-up, now lenskart says they did not receive the payment at all whereas I have the full proof of the payment being credited to them. I want lenskart to refund my amount back without any further delay.

              I ordered multiple focal contact lens through lenskart online with the help of customer care person Ankit Segal on 20th Dec 2021. He booked and I made a payment of rs 2700. He promised it will be delivered on 26th Dec 2021, but product not delivered. I had been contacting everyday the customer care for a refund of the same, they tell to wait 24 hrs every time I call and not initiating refund.                 Invoice related complaint

                I have been Facing an issue with invoice, I did order ([protected]) for two spectacles and I got the product a week before but still didnt get invoice for one spectacles, infact initially I have received one invoice which is completely different order given by some other person, after I raised a complaint got the invoice bill for one spectacles and they said issue is fixed...but still am having the same problem with another spectacles...one...

                Wrong Power of Glasses received, Refund not being provided

                We ordered 4 pairs of glasses in November 1st 2021. They had both spherical, cylindrical powers and was progressive. Order placed in Lenskart Store Durgapur. Upon receiving the glasses we found out that the power was wrong, The store suggested we apply for exchange to get it corrected. We exchanged the glasses twice. All three times the powers were wrong for all 4 of them. We raised a complaint with the store team that we need a refund since...

                    Hi, I recently bought a blue ray glasses with pre-payment. After I received my galsses, one glass frame is too large. So I returned it through online option.                       Hello
                      I placed 3 products in the order on 19th Dec and it was mentioned ill get the product on 28th December. I received 2 of them on 23rd December and I was waiting for the other product till mentioned date. At the end of time, I didn't receive the third product and now they are claiming they delivered it on 23rd December and suddenly my order status of 3 products changed to delivered at 11:40 PM of 27th December.
                      customer care not even responding and listening to my whole problem.

                      I placed my order on 10th March and it should be delivered by 17th March but i didn't got it nor the delivery agent contacted but you guys claiming it been delivered.I have waited for three working days now u guys are not responding. Just a question how a prepaid order is delivered without knowing the person who ordered it as i[censored] guys replying to check my neighbour do the delivery agent passed the order without asking OTP. Can you provide me a proof of the delivery agent who delivered me as your claim that it's been delivered. Take some serious action and investigate or i need to proceed with legal action

                        I ordered sunglasses, eyeglasses and lens cleaner at a time. They delivered sunglasses and lens cleaner but not eyeglasses.
                        Now they claiming they delivered all three products and customer care support not even trying to look into my problem.
                        Worst is it is not opening in my mobile now and opening in everyone's device.
                        Worst experience happened with any service ever.

                                I ordered a new eye glass on 31st Oct 2021 from Lenskart, Padivattom, Kochi. The total cost was Rs.2594. I took a subscription also the same day.

                                I received the product on 12th Nov. Few days later I observed that the right side screw loosened and on 10th Dec I went to the lenskart showroom at Oberon mall, Kochi which was near to my residence. I told them my concern and they tried different screws and at last said they couldn't find the exact matching screw for my product and I'll have to contact the same showroom from where I bought my glass. So, immediately I went to the Padivattom showroom and explained the whole thing to them and gave the product for service. They checked my glass and found out that the Oberon staff had damaged the screw's thread. They said they will repair the product otherwise I'll have to replace the product. They told me that they'll contact me once the product issue is resolved. But I didn't receive any update till 13th Dec. On 13th Dec night I went to the showroom again and enquired about it. They said the product can't be serviced and I'll have to replace it. The same frame was not available for replacement at that time. So they said I have to choose another frame. So I handovered the glass which I'm using and chose another frame (which I didn't like, but was forced to) and asked them to try to replace it with the same frame that I was using. They said he'll update me.

                                But till 17th Dec I didn't get any call from Padivattom showroom. So I went there again. The executive said that he forgot to call me and the same product is no longer available since they have stopped manufacturing it. They could have at least informed me of the progress. I have had a severe headache and vision problem since the day I handovered the product to him. Within one month of purchase, the product got damaged and that too was not because of my mistake but from the lenskart executive's mistake.

                                They don't have a service for the product and replacement for the same product?

                                What I understood from the showroom executive's attitude is that they don't have any responsibility towards this. Anyhow the loss is only for me.

                                  I went to Lenskart outlet at Sri Sai Gayatri Towers, S NO-142, Financial District, Nanakaramguda, Telangana 500032, today on 18th Dec. I wanted to buy eyeglasses but no one even bothered to help out with glasses or frames.
                                  It looked as though everything is self service, we need to buy frames, but glasses, set them in the frame and then go.

                                  There was just 1 other couple in the shop, and everyone was showing frames to them only. You should put up a sign in the shop that we only need to buy frames, get the right glasses, set them in the frames and pay the amount.

                                    Ordered framed few weeks back and waited two more days for the lens to be prepared and delivered along with frame, but delayed this for few more weeks saying some technical issue, and when my mother called today the representative spoke very rudely which dissaponted my mother very much, a total dissatisfied and dissaponted first experience with lenskart, how come such a reputed company employ rude behavior employees.
