Order not delivered 1251069201

We have placed an order [protected] costed us Rs3598.
We have received an SMS "Order delivered" . But we didn't receive the parcel and we suspect parcel was delivered to wrong address.

Please assist in refund the money....

The staff are racist and rude

I want to buy a glass from LensKart showroom which is located in beach road few people were inside so they told me to wait outside it was very hot outside so I asked the salesman to take my wife inside as it was very hot outside he told me after
two people come outside you can get inside meanwhile there came one lady and the boy they went directly inside and this guy don't said anything and at that time to other guys came out outside...

Charged extra

Address:Zirakpur Mohali Punjab India

I bought a John Jacobs sunglasses today from Zirakpur (Punjab, India).
The store told me the price[protected]+ 700 something for tax)
I bought another specs as it was under a scheme to pay 600 extra and get one.
As I reached home I saw that the actual price of the sunglasses was 3500 and with discount it was 2500 on Lenskarts official app.
Is it normal to pay double the amount while buying offline in a showroom???...

Disappointed with the service

Shahid Khan, the manager of lenskart Maninagar, Ahmedabad branch can be awarded as the worst store manager. I had given my glasses for repair and this is how it comes to me like. When I asked him about the reason of the damage he did not bother to answer me and started attending other customers. He argued that I didn't receive the otp and all, which has no co relation with how my specs are repaired. I have been buying products from lenskart...

BLUCUT Polycarbonate Lens Quality

From my 2016 i am buying products from lenskart especially Rimless eye wear with BLUECUT poly carbonate lens package, After 2021 the quality of the lens had been compromised ( Low quality). For Rimless eye wear the lens corners should be polished and buffed, but if it is a low quality Poly carbonate lens then polish and buffing is not possible because the lens will get shatter.

I got 8 Spectacles as replacement but not a single...

I'm complaining about the product I've bought form Lenskart.com

I've ordered a eyewear for myself and the quality of that product is not that good and I thought it will remain the same throughout but after 14 or 18 days it got loose from the sides badly .I have not used that pair roughly as my work is to program for the whole day on the computer .
Either I want full replacement with some other premium pair than that or a full refund for that pathetic product which cost me around 1800/-....

Refund of a product

I have made a return of a partial product on, 3rd oct 21 for which a refund should be made My order Id is [protected]
The lenskart team is making fool out of me..they are saying to wait for 24-48 hours and I have waited more then that but my refund was never initiated..this app is a fraud I'm really disappointed and heartbroken..don't make fake promises if you can't make it right lenskart ..I want a necessary action to be taken against...

I already asked your representative that i can go near by outlet for eyes check up and your representative said that no. Misleading advertisement, unethical behavior

On 3rd October I have purchased the gold membership of lenskart by considering an Advertisement by the Company stating 2 pairs of specs for 600 (only for mew exclusive gold members) and now no such option is provided by them.
executives stating that the offer is only meant for the first order and I have purchased membership so they counted it as the first order.
how can someone get gold membership without purchasing or they must...

Order Product Not Delivered

I have ordered my product on Tuesday 28 sep and delivery date was 5th September, l'm tracking my order product their is always showings out for delivery but courier boy never ever call me and not delivered my order product. The product has not been delivered

Claim rejected 6 time Due to the model number not available on the frame. Again 7th-time claim submitted ( I visited the store almost 15 times within 2 months) and set email to Lenskart (Naresh Sharma).

Regarding Anti-Scratch Lie of Lenskart

I had bought a glass (with blue cut lens) and it has many visible scratches. I was going through Lenskart website regarding their warranty cover for it. I found that they are not providing warranty for the same. My question is, If you don't cover this in the warranty than why you provide it as a feature of any Article?
