Complaint on service Hi Sir/Mam, I raised a repair complaint on last saturday(24/01/2015) for my LG washing machine. A representative from LG came by the same day and checked the machine. He told the machine is full of dirt and poured aicd into the macine[soap powder tray] and cleaned. Is pouring acid into the machine is a right way ? The machine outside and drum are now looking corroded. I asked him showing the corroded area and asked . He said i'll replace of free of cost if anything happens.
