LG Electronics — complaint regarding defect in LG NEXUS 5 | |||
Hello, I have purchased new LG NEXUS 5 mobile phone for Rs. 32500. I was having problem with this phone from the day i have started using this. Major issue with phone was like some disturbing sound was occurring at background during talking on phone, Also phone use to hang frequently. This same problem has been conveyed many times to LG customer care executives on your toll free number. But every time they try to convince me saying that this is because i have installed some apps like True caller or call recorder.Though i uninstalled all such apps still problem has not get solved. so i finally visited service centre for same, After 4-5 days they identified that there is problem with PCB. But without asking me they replaced PCB of my phone, also they repaired some electrical parts. Otherwise i would have not agreed to repair my new phone, Also why should I take a new phone repaired ?.. So i asked them to replace my phone. But they refused the same and told me to put a complaint through mail for replacement of phone on LG site. As my phone has defective PCB and also defect in some electric parts of my phone. That means my phone is totally defective piece and should get replaced. After paying huge money for this phone I don't want to keep this defective phone with me. So I request you to replace this phone with new one please. I expect immediate action from your side on this.
