[Resolved] LG Electronics — Delay in installation of washing machine | |||||
Sir, I had purchased a LG Washing Machine from Viveks, R.T.Nagar on 04/09/2016 making the full payment the same day and the very next day, the machine was delivered. Today is already 10/09/2016 and nobody has still come to install the same. On calling Viveks, i was given the number of an LG technician and on speaking to him, he says he is on leave from the past 10 days. I informed him that this is all their internal matters where customers must not suffer on that account. Just now i got a call telling the technician has changed and another person will attend today. Sir, LG being a big brand should not expect customers to call and remind such things, this will bring a real bad name to the Company Was this information helpful? | |||||
