On 28th october i had purchased a 43inchs television from pai international jayanagar when installation guy came the screen was broken from inside and he asked me to raise a complaint and i had raise a complaint one of your uneducated employee came in and told its physical damage and it’s not cover under warranty. We purchased TV from show room their person packed it and two days after we reopened and unpacked TV screen is broken.now no one is taking responsibility.what should we do? Their Person came and showed bad attitude its not a good service.
