[Resolved] LG Electronics — Gorilla Glass(Screen) got broken when kept in mobile phone | |||
I bought LG Nexus 5 two months back from Flipkart. I kept my mobile in my jeans pocket and was driving bike. Suddenly when I took my mobile from the pocket, I found that the screen is broken. I would like to replace the screen with free of cost as I didn't throw my mobile on the ground. The quality of Gorilla Glass is poor. Even if we keep the mobile phone in jeans, if it is getting damaged, then what is the use of such costly LG Nexus 5?. I contacted Service center they told that it would take 8000/- to replace the screen. Even If replace the screen I have no guarantee that your product will not get broken next time. Please replace the gorilla glass with free of cost. Was this information helpful? | |||
