[Resolved] LG Electronics — "pairing problem with lg magic remote | |||
Hi, This is in continue with my previous request regarding "pairing problem with lg magic remote" having reference numbers as rnp[protected] and rnp[protected] posted on 25-sep-2017. I was told from local service provider that i got an approval for tv replacement. But they are not providing me the same model which i bought (42lf6500); instead they are asking me to go for other model. I have checked the model suggested by local service provider and found out that their price is approximate 10000 less that what i paid for my tv. Moreover, the technology of the suggested models is inferior to what i have right now. I don’t know what the problem is, but i will not settle for less. As a replacement, lg should provide me the same model which i have. If that model is discontinued (Which i don’t think so as the same is available in the market), at least i would prefer a model having same specification or more. Kindly forward this to lg on an urgent basis. The problem is there from more than 25 days. Thanks!! Was this information helpful? | |||

The machine has some serious faults and I dont know how to file a complaint. I have already spoken with LG Customer care but have not heard anything back from them since last three days.
Please help!
