[Resolved] LG Electronics — Pathetic service - LG split AC in chennai

Complaint on your Split AC. It has been a pathetic service from last two months. Even after taking your AMC your service is extremely bad. From last two months we have complained for atleast 4 times now and your people are so casual that they come, take around 10 days to check and then they say that gas is leaking. Again after ten days same problem they come again and say gas is leaking and fill again. Now this is third time in last 25 days same problem there is no cooling and when raised complaint one technician had come after five days and just removed the indoor unit and left saying he will come back to take the box and still it is lying outside unattented. What is wrong with your company.This has made me believe now that I should not be recommending my friends and relatives to buy any LG brand products because of the pathetic service no proper response and complaints are unattended. Can I get a quick response now before i escalate this to the consumer court.
Still the people have not come to check the problem and the unit is removed and kept outside unattented for last four days.
