[Resolved]  LG Electronics — Poor service, non cooperative service center, pune

Hello,

Its been more than 4 days since i lodged complaint. Technician is not capable to identify and solve issue. After first visit he vanished and supervisor named mr. Thakare is not able to handle / manage his team. He gives false hopes and harass customers. I faced exactly same problem in august with my refrigerator and it took more than 8 days for lg service center, pune to resolve the case. If they really identified the issue and solved the problem how it occurred again and technician is not able to answer. Theie toll free assistance is completely helpless for consumers. They can only give you numbers which will be never get answered.

With inferior products, lg also has poor after sales service.
