Sent: 31 August 2016 16:16 To: 'lge.[protected]@gmail.com' Subject: Reg. my complaint no-RNA[protected] for micro oven Dear Sir /madam, This complaint, dated 6th August is regarding my microwave oven. After complaint service engineer from Bareilly came within two days and after inspection he decided to take faulty part at service centre for repair but sorry to say that still my microwave oven is out of order & no communication from service canter about the present status. I am a customer using different products of LG like ac, microwave, automatic Washing machine, etc. Regarding this I have already book complaint through mail also in your customer care service but till today I have not received any reply from your end.
