[Resolved] LG Electronics — Service providers damaged my nexus 5x during its service in the lg service center. | |||
I purchased my nexus 5x from amazon in the early days of the product launch in november of 2015. Past 15 days the phone suddenly stopped working and switches off automatically just after booting. I took the phone to the lg service center at rishabh telecom, indraprasth complex, delhi-gate, udaipur. After two days of service, they returned my mobile and said that the motherboard needs to be replaced and your phone is out of warranty due to water damage. I am pretty sure that not even a single drop of water spilled on my mobile from my side. The worst part is they broke the mobile's nonremovable back. I request you to suggest me a reliable way to repair my phone. Please take strict action against this service center. Was this information helpful? | |||
