[Resolved] LG Electronics — whimsically installation amount demanded by technician and supported by officials. | |||
I ramdev kumar purchased ks-q18gwzd on 16.04.2019 and installation done on 18.04.2019 without proper manner & demo. Only knowledge of remote explain by technician but not explain all function of ac. After installation technician demand rs. 1200/- from me while installation was free told by reliance digital asansol. After payment of rs. 1200/- i want to know about bill of rs. 1200/-. Than he reply me that bill will be sent by company on your email address. But till date and time i havent receive any mail regarding above mentioned subject. Also installation not done in proper manner. So please consider with me and do needful regarding that matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
