LG — Refrigerator complaint on 21st january but still not resolved | |||
I Shruti Bajaj lodged the complaint regarding my LG bios regerigertor on 21st january complaint no. being RNA[protected] the personal came on 22nd and said that within a week the part will come and the referigartor will work properly but till date no information about the part also every time I call the customer care they say that they will inform me within 24 hrs. but of no response.So at last I am approaching you for your help that what to do shall I wait or buy a new referigertor.
