Dear sir/madam, I have insured my vehicle with you, now my vehicle met with an accident on 22ndof august and with the same day i towed my vehicle and is with the harsha toyota and surveyor checked my vehicle on 29th of august and said it will be given to the investigator on 6th of september till now there was no response from you but when i called them man named mahesh was rude in answer and the investigation was yet started and its been 22days i did not receive any message and i am handicap without my vehicle.
