In good faith I opted for a lifetime plan on stem cell preservation and genome scope testing for my new born. I was given false promises and multiple add-ons like stroller, carry bed, new born screening test for free but I havent got anything.
Infact when doctor asked me for a New born screening test I had to pay separately for it. It has been more than a month I dont have any voucher or test report or any confirmation from Lifecell.

This is pure CHEATING, Selling WRONG PRODUCT, LOOTING MONEY.

This complaint is specifically against Mr. Prabhakar and Ms. Iteba who operate out of Motherhood Noida sector 48
