Limeroad — Money got deducted but order didn't get placed

I have made order of 999/- on clothing section while making payment through netbanking transaction failed and message displayed that "Sorry, transaction not completed try later" but still amount deducted from my account and also i have proof of transaction that amount deducted from the account. So please revert amount. I have a proof of money getting deducted.. kindly let me know if you need any other information.

I wish to return a product since they delivered a wrong product. For which u have been trying to contact them over the last hr over phone but no response! I have mailed them several times. No reply. What to do?

I was placing an order for a jeans but my order didn't get placed. Instead, my account got deducted. And now I've no order placed in my hand but I've lost my money. What do I do?

I make the payment from debit card but then notification came that there was problem in confirming your order but still money got deducted n order not placed. I also have mailed about this.I also have prove of money getting deducted and nothing is showing in order status. Please refund my money back.
