[Resolved] Link Intime — graphite india ltd duplicate share certificate process completed from my side but not completed from link intime ltd tracing may 2018

I, nitin wavhal shareholder of graphite india ltd have applied for the duplicate share certificate and completed the documentation almost 2 months back. I am traking this procedure with link intime from may 2018 as the donn't response on time and blame us for not providing all the documents.

I have all the mail proofs from may 2018 and responses recieved from link intime ltd. I am feed up from about the responses recieved from them, i have already submitted the original documents to them and now they asking me repeat the process.

Updated by Nitin Wavhal I have mailed on 28th November 2018 to rnt.[protected]@linkintime.co.in. I have been following this from May 2018.Still not getting any concrete response from Link Intime same answers every time.

This is with reference to your below mentioned email, Please note that documents for issuance of duplicate share certificate were retuned to you under objection vide speed post No. EM[protected]IN 23.08.2018 (Copy attached) to relodge along with revised copy of FIR as the details of certificate Nos mentioned are incorrect as well as additional address proof. Please refer our email Ref. RE402104 dated 08.10.2018 & subsequent telecom in this regard to provide the additional address proof .

We would like to inform you that he documents for issuance of duplicate share certificate sent to you under objection were returned to us as undelivered & the same were re dispatched to you on 08.10.2018.

Further please note that as per your letter dated 29.10.2018 along with copy of passport & utility bill with an intimation to forward duplicate share certificate procedure, we have sent you procedure for issuance of duplicate share certificate vide our letter Ref. ID46306 dated 21.11.2018 vide speed post No. EM[protected]IN dated 26.11.2018 which was delivered to you on 28.11.2018.

In the above circumstances, we request you to confirm receipt of entire documents returned to you for issuance of duplicate share certificate & lodge the same once again to enable us to do the needful at our end

Updated by Nitin Wavhal All the original documents set are in receipt of Link Intime Ltd . I have not recieved the original documents back . I have submitted the correct FIR Copy which was delayed from the Link Intime Ltd .
I have submitted the all the correct documents . Still now I have not recieved any confirmation on the process and how much days it will take to complete the process .
29.10.2018 is the all documents completed and received with Link Intime Ltd .
You can check the time taken by Link Intime Ltd after the 29.10.2018, no confirmation yet after all the documents are completed .

Please take the action .
