[Resolved]  Link Intime — need duplicate shares

I have misplaced 300 shares of crest ventures limited, and had sent a request for giving duplicate share certificate.

I had sent a mail to ashwini nemblekar on 13-nov-2018, and she subsequently sent me the procedure for getting duplicate share certificate.

Please send me the below details for further process of loss of share certificate:
1) name of joint holder, if any
2) folio no. 000788
3) distinguish no.
4) certificate no.
5) no of equity shares: 300 shares
6) paid up value of shares
7) no of years in holding

Ashwini told me that it is better to speak with rnt. Helpdesk to get the above details. However, the rnthelpdesk is asking me to send the request letter in hard copy – post which they would issue the complete formalities. However, i has already got the required undertakings (To be filled in by me) from ashwini. Then why is the need for hard copy to be sent.

Request you to please give me the above 7 information. I have also attached my pan card and passport copy
