I had applied for "Tata steel" right issue.Now I am checking my application status on http://linkintime.co.in/, then It shows my application not received for right issue even after the application received date and allotment date is over .But my amount deducted from my account even if my application not received. "Tata steel" right issue allotment date (13-Mar-2018) also over now but still their representative told me that please don't send an email.After 2-3 days send email.Now if shares allotted to me its their choice but should be return my deducted amount. Sir, i apply for 100 tata steel ltd fully paid shareon 28/2/2018 my DP no.[protected] and CAF no.131942 Cheque No.031708 dated 28/2/2018 for Rs.51000/-Buti not get allotment or refund Secondly I apply 100
partly paid up tata steel share in that case I recd allotement of 14 share and remaining amount credited in my bank account

I have also not recd allotment nor refund of my money INR 51000/- .
I have already sent mails to linkintime for four times . But nothing doing from the co. Now where shall I approach for the matter
