Livpure — AMC taken for Mineral RO but the company not responding

I am shantanu Thakur I have taken a AMC for 2 years for my livpure Mineral RO. system raised a request for scheduled maintenance of Ro on dated 24.03.2026 vide service request no.[protected] . The company allotted the job work to M N Enterprises Cuttack . I have contacted several times for repair of my RO. but they never came. On dated 01.05.2026 i contact to customer care of the company. fro company side the person request me to raised a job request for this work and she assured me complete the work within 24-48 hours vide request id-[protected]. the work again allotted to M N Enterprises. After that i have conatcted to the firm but till date they only assured to come but they never came. today i.e 10.05.2026 i again contact to customer care and i came to know that service call was cancelled without my knowledge. and she requested to book again for visit.
I want to know that how many days it will take time to complete the job work. It was already one and half month past but the work not yet compeleted. You have taken the charges from us within the time but no such service provide to us.
