Team i am a customer for Livpure since 6 months recently i had shifted my house. on[protected] i had raised request for relocation but i had not got any responce from Livpure. on[protected] i had shifted the machine to new address with the help of 3rd party. on[protected] on otp based one of the person visited and took purifier. from then i am getting calls from installation team but still i had not received any machine till now. many times i had spoken with call center but on every call they are updating will arrange call from concern team but till date i had not received any resolution calls. more over i had kept mail to concern team also i had not got any resolution. to day i got an tretaning call from call center like legal action and machine is with me only they are not ready to ear my concern. so i request you to solve the issue

    My previous complaint was made on[protected] "JS-[protected]" but unfortunately, no one has visited to address the issue. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of response and urgency shown by the LIVPURE team, Customer care also promised that the technician will be visiting soon and they have provided area code person number but still no response from everyone ..Could you look into this matter urgently and take necessary actions to resolve the issue... Totally no response...

      We had subscribed for a Rental RO water filter from Livpure in Jun2023. as per service agreement the RO servicing/maintenance and annual filter change was companies responsibility. Self had raised a service request on 29th Jun 2024 for Filter change due to completion of a year and filter status was showing BAD in company App. Even after 7 days, many follow ups on email, phone and multiple service requests company has not changed the filters and we are forced to use same unit with filter in BAD status, The Local allotted vendor does not attend the allotted service, Keeps on rescheduling the service slots and at times cancels without informing. Does not respond to calls and messages. Customer care just takes the complain and give standard assurance of resolving but no solution provided till date.

        Really unprofessional work by livpure

        JS[protected] was raised during AMC period,

        Not paid attention, then raised a Compliant with id[protected]

        Team did not resolve or looked unintended to resolve. Finally my complaint was canceled without a single visit. Moreover my number was shared with third party vendor Gagan who keeps calling and tries to tell me that dont buy AMC from livpure, buy from me. I do not know why such type o[censored]nprofessional behavior by one of the top RO firms in India. Sunita did not pick up call multiple attempts, Gaur city supervisor did not respond to calls or sms. Customer care tried to show that I am the one who is guilty. Really unfortunate

          On the registered client phone number [protected], I have been using 'Livpure Smart Zinger Copper' Water Purifier on subscription basis with a monthly charge of around 700 rupees since the June of 2022. But since the last one and half month, I've been having issues with the purifier and Livpure is not resolving them in time. The attached image shows the complaints raised and how they are not resolved for days....

          I have bought livpure coolbliss 65l air cooler from amazon. On 10th June 2024 courier service delivered that cooler. When I plugin it it was not working so I lodged a complaint for repair on 10th June 2024. After the call I got a message from livpure that they have appointed a technical person whose name is Shivshambhoo Kumar. My service request number is JS-[protected]. On 11th June 2024 I got a call from Shivshambhoo Kumar and he asked me when and from where you bought that cooler and I told him. After that he said return the cooler but I said I don't want to return please fix my cooler but he didn't come. I then called livpure customer care and told them the whole story and they assured me that technician will come on 12th June 2024 but he didn't come again. After that I again called customer care and was given Ritesh Yadav's number, I contacted him and he said that he will contact Shivshambhu and update me, but I did not receive any call from anyone. On 14th June I again called Ritesh Yadav and he said that he will talk to the technician and give me an update. But after that neither did I get his call nor did he pick up my call, so I called customer care and told them that the technician has not come. Customer care told me to wait for 2 hours, they will arrange a call from a senior official for me, but I did not receive any call. On 15th June I contacted customer care and told them about the issue, but they disconnected my call and after that my service request was rejected. After that I called customer care many times to forward my call to higher officials so that I can ask whether my cooler will be repaired or not but they did not pay attention to me and when I requested them again and again, they also disconnected my call.

            Urgent: Request for Service Disconnection and Refund - Ticket #[protected]

            Dear LivPure,

            I am writing to formally address my request for the disconnection of your service due to persistent issues and to seek clarification regarding a recent notice I received.

            The main problem leading to my request for service disconnection is that the hot water from the device smells unpleasant. Additionally, the Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) level of the water is 10, which is highly dangerous and poses several health risks. Despite multiple attempts to resolve these problems, the issues persist, which is why I initially requested the service disconnection. As health is our top priority, it is unacceptable to use a purifier that compromises our well-being.

            During my initial request to disconnect the service, I also asked for the return of the advance payment associated with ticket number[protected].

            However, the service has not been satisfactory:

            No one came to collect the device, nor did anyone address the ongoing issue.
            I was informed that higher management would contact me to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, I never received any such call.
            Two days ago, a representative from the Livpur team contacted me, stating that they wanted to pick up the device. I agreed to this and inquired about my advance payment. I was assured that I would receive an email confirmation during the pickup, with the payment to follow later, to which I also agreed.

            Today, I received a threatening notice claiming: "May we also bring to your notice that your failure in handing over the said product may amount to criminal breach of trust, a criminal offense, punishable under section 406 of the India Penal Code. You are also called upon to make the payment of the total outstanding amount of 3995/—, " which is untrue and distressing.

            This situation is unacceptable, and I urge you to address the following immediately:

            Date:

            Arrange for the collection of the device at the earliest convenience.
            Process the refund of my advance payment as previously agreed.
            Clarify and retract any false accusations made against me.
            I look forward to your prompt resolution of these issues to avoid any further escalation. Please contact me directly at [protected]@gmail.com to confirm the arrangements.

              To renew the AMC of my Livpure Water purifier, I searched the Livpure website for an AMC package, soon after that I got a call from your associate and she told me the details of my waterpurifer including model, serial, address etc. and offered a discounted price for 2 yrs AMC.
              She told me to make the payment to the engineer who is going to visit and shared the QR code to pay.
              However no technician came till now. Please look into the matter ASAP.
              I feel like your employees only spying the data and sharing it with their connections outside to do fraudulent activities.

                I opted for the subscription plan from Livpure (On 9th May 2024) and made the payment online + submitted the KYC documents but no one came for delivery and installation yet

                On 21 May 2024, I requested to cancel the installation request over call & refund the amount. I was said I will get a call from cancellation team to confirm my cancellation request.

                However, after that, there has been no response or refund from them, even though i have tried contacting multiple times. Everytime they say I will get a call from cancellation team by today and then there is no response.
                Please assist in the refund.
                The refund amount I should receive is 2000/-

                I have also raised a ticket regarding this.

                  I want to cancel my order and need full refund because clearly they are not able to install RO or even provide service on time.

                  I registered with LivPure service & paid full amount on 5th May 2024, and even as of today the RO is not yet delivered after making many calls & complaints to the customer car. They keep the call on hold and then provide no proper resolution.

                  They asked me to return the delivery guy at the time of delivery in order to cancel the order and get refund, but there is no update on delivery till today after 15 days of making full payment.

                    I dropped an email for re-installation of my connection on 14th May, till today no one came. Calling customer care everyday, they say that technician would come today but the technician never came. I raised service request with ID being[protected] and you closed that without resolving the issue, pathetic service.

                      I had recharged for one year on 21/08/2023.
                      but before completion of one year, on 17/04/2024 it is showing all water is consumed.
                      How is it possible?
                      Please provide me with monthly water consumption details.
                      In livpure application it is showing only water consumption statement from January 2024 to April 2024 only not before January 2024,
                      that why I am asking you to provide me details of consumption before January 2024.
                      If I could see details of consumption for full year I used then why should I asking you.

                      Your application is is not working properly.
                      Please make a update in it then ask me to check application.

                      The details you provided those are not answering my question.
                      Please provide statement month by month from when I did last recharge.
                      If you can not provide, how can I agree that I used full water as per plan.
                      My plan was 150 ltr per month from 21/08/2023.

                        I Have been using Livpure for 2.5 years. In Jan 2024, there were some issues with the Livpure machine. A service person came to check it and said that I needed to change all the filters. So, we bought the AMC service for 2 years. However, just two months into it, the membrane filter stopped working. When I raised a request, the Livpure service team informed me that the membrane for this year had already been replaced, so I would need to buy a new one, costing around 3500/-. Just two months ago, I paid 10300/- for the AMC. They are overcharging their customers for a faulty machine. I don't want to spend more than 20k in 6 months on a poor-quality machine. When I asked for a refund for the next year, they stopped responding. I am extremely disappointed with their service.

                          We bought a subscription of Livepure Smart more than a week back, and KYC also got approved immediately. However, the delivery got delayed and no one informed us. After wasting days, waiting in line for hours with customer support, requesting cancellation if the product was not getting delayed, we finally received it after a delay of a week.
                          To our horror, the product is faulty. The installation technician showed up and worked on it for more than 2 hours, the unit was leaking. He also damaged my wall, I told him to be careful with it but he continued damaging the wall and kept on watching reels/commenting/reacting on reels, and talking to his friend on the phone.
                          Since I stay in a rented apartment, I am now liable to repair the damage done by the technician.
                          After all this, the unit has still not been installed, I am sitting with a faulty product, a damaged wall and no RO water at my home. I am frustrated as the company is not accepting my cancellation requests.
                          I want my money refunded and the damages done by the technician should be compensated by the company.

                            On 31.0324, AMC was renewed for 2 years with mandatory part replacement each year. However, till date no one has come for part replacement despite multiple follow ups. Req num-[protected]. Its been informed that parts are not available with the company. in view of the same, I request the company for compensation in failure to keep the commitment else they can refund the AMC amount along with interest.

                              I have raised the plenty of my concerns to LivPure regarding the service of RO. However, they just send the email and do nothing and close the complaint without any resolution. I raised #[protected] to get service as I already paid AMC charges for 2 years. The area manager is not receiving our calls now a days and just give us assurance that we'll resolve soon. It's been 5-6 months and we're still chasing the LivPure but no resolution as they said we have stopped giving service to customers because they closed the office in our area.

                                No maintenance and filter replacement support

                                Since recharging my Livpure Smart RO on 03/29, it has failed to sync with the mobile application and has ceased functioning. Despite multiple calls made from 03/29 until now, the issue remains unresolved with no one attending to it from the Chennai office. This is the Second time I am facing a delay in service.
                                It's frustrating to call on a daily basis to follow up on the issue.

                                Finally on 05/04/2024 i got one Chennai technician who attended and told its board issue and he is not ready to take up my concern instead they are asking for a Happy code without resolving the ticket.

                                Every time i need to spend an Hour to explain my issue to the customer care team and they will simply say we will escalate and nothing will happen. They just what to close the call nothing useful they will do to resolve your concern. They will attend the call and convince you by saying we escalated but they don't do it also they don't have any provision to connect the call to the service team. Simply waste our time.
                                I raised cancellation after getting frustrated on 06/04/2024 and for that also nobody called and collected the unit till now. They were irresponsible and playing with customer mental health
