urgent: persistent issues with water purifier service

No Refund - After Cancelling my Subscription

I had opted for the subscription plan from livpure (On 4th Dec 2023) and made the payment online + submitted the kyc documents.

On 2nd Dec 2023, I requested to cancel the installation request over call & refund me the amount. I was said I will get a call from cancellation team to confirm my cancellation request.

Service issue for my LIVPURE smart Ro

Hi,
I have raised many services for water taste issue in LIVPURE smart Ro still persist in spite of raised 10 service request. I tried talked to customer care multiple times but still no use.Service request had been closed without proper resolution. Even in recent request closed by stating customer is not reachable from local service which is false.
Below request have been created in 21st but no response as usual. Very disappointed....

I purchased a Livpure Bolt + RO and the service guy who came to install offered a 2 year AMC which I purchased with cash payment. The Service Person said you will receive the invoice as soon as he reaches his office. Leakage problem in water purifier

I have been facing a water leakage issue for the past month but it is still not resolved. Lipure technicians have visited 3-4 times to fix the problem and every time they changed some parts and said the issue is resolved but it is not. Not Refunding the Security after Too many calls and emails

Before Covid, we flatmates had subscribed to the livpure smart RO plan in March 2020 in our rented flat in Bangalore. We used the plan for a month or two before leaving for hometown in May.
