We bought a subscription of Livepure Smart more than a week back, and KYC also got approved immediately. However, the delivery got delayed and no one informed us. After wasting days, waiting in line for hours with customer support, requesting cancellation if the product was not getting delayed, we finally received it after a delay of a week.
To our horror, the product is faulty. The installation technician showed up and worked on it for more than 2 hours, the unit was leaking. He also damaged my wall, I told him to be careful with it but he continued damaging the wall and kept on watching reels/commenting/reacting on reels, and talking to his friend on the phone.
Since I stay in a rented apartment, I am now liable to repair the damage done by the technician.
After all this, the unit has still not been installed, I am sitting with a faulty product, a damaged wall and no RO water at my home. I am frustrated as the company is not accepting my cancellation requests.
I want my money refunded and the damages done by the technician should be compensated by the company.
