Below is my Complaint Mail

Dear Customer Support Team,

I am writing regarding a Livpure Water Purifier purchased on the 5th of this month.

Immediately following the installation, it was discovered that the unit's PCB is defective and non-functional. The service technician suggested repairing the PCB; however, I am not willing to accept a repair on a brand-new, freshly installed product.

Since the unit was defective right out of the box, this clearly falls under a Dead On Arrival (DOA) case. I kindly request a full unit replacement with a brand-new material/product rather than a repair.
