Livpure — Complaint against your service person

My Register Mobile no. is [protected] in Live pure name of Mr. Chandrakant Thale. I had done last service on 02.06.2020 where it was last service against my warranty. I was to renew it for one more year. at that servicing Mr. Kaushlendra Tiwari came for last servicing his mobile no. [protected]. I Paid him Rs. 2130/- towards renewal through Google pay. to his colleague Mr. Pravin Ahire (his contact no. is [protected]). I come to know that they have not updated my payment at Live pure and providing me service on self service. once they have visited after so many calls. now these persons are not pick uping my calls and not even giving revert. so request you kindly take an action towards these two person. they both are accepting that they are working with Live pure.
