[Resolved]  Livpure — defective livpure ro system

Hi team,

I have purchased a liv pure ro system from allahabad (Hometown) in feb'17 for my parents - whose age have crossed 70. Its a costly ro system worth more than 14 k.

From the very beginning - the ro system had problems (Leakage, not at all working) and complaints more attended also.

But for reasons not known to me the functioning remained as it was, which caused lot of frustration and defeated the very purpose of purchasing the ro system.
Since the purchase date - multiple times ro system has malfunctioned (Last two complaints i remember are js[protected], js[protected]) and in this way the ro system didn’t worked during the past summer and again this season.
On every complaint the technicians attending the issue observed new defects.

On every visit one or the other part was repaired but the system never functioned properly. Last service was done in jan'18 - js[protected], but the functioning remained as is. Few days after service it works but again one or the other issue popped up.

Now the ro completely stopped. I fail to understand the technical issue here that how ro system can mulfunction multiple times in a year since its purchase

Following up the officials & calling customer care daily - but no progress have been made till date.

I humbly request you to be kind enough to take remedial action for ro system in view of the foregoing for which i shall be greatly obliged.

Hi Team,

Received a call from customercare that charges have to be given by me for service engineer to visit.

I fail to understand that why would I be paying for inspection of product which was defective since its purchase, mentioning its now out of warranty.

Please check the complaint log where product has been repaired multiple times but still the issue was persisting.

In Jan'18 also service was done when product was in warranty by service engineer but the functioning was not proper after that. As mentioned in my previous correspondence as well I have purchased the product for my parents whose age is 70 plus and they cannot keep complaining every 15-20 days.
When I used to visit them they used to explain the issue and complaint was logged from my side.

It is not at all justified to ask for charges for a product which malfunction every alternate month.

Please ask the service engineer to check the product and get the issue resolved
