I am writing to bring to your attention the ongoing issues I have faced with a water filter (S.No. E6OW45D1030853) purchased on 8th August 2024. Despite several complaints and visits from your service personnel, the product has remained defective and unusable since installation. Below are the details of my complaints: 1. Complaint Number JS-[protected] dated 10.08.2024 (Closed on 18.08.2024). 2. Complaint Number JS-[protected] dated 22.08.2024 (Closed same day). 3. Complaint Number JS[protected] dated 22.08.2024 (Cancelled on 27.08.2024). [Include any additional complaints if necessary.] I have been facing the same issues every 10 days since installation, which has not been resolved despite multiple visits from your authorized service centers.
I have spent Rs. 7490 for the purchase of this filter, and I have incurred additional costs of Rs. 3000 for purchasing bottled mineral water due to the product’s failure. Furthermore, I have experienced significant mental distress and loss of peace of mind due to the constant follow-up and unresolved issue. Therefore, I am requesting the following: -
A 100% refund for the defective product.
Compensation of Rs. 2000 for the cost of bottled water.
Compensation of Rs. 5000 for mental harassment.
Please treat this as a final notice. If my request is not resolved within next two days. My present complaint no is JS[protected] DTD 16TH DEC 2024, I will be forced to take legal action and file a case with the consumer court.
