I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the wrongful rejection of my subscription cancellation request.
I requested cancellation, and your team contacted me for confirmation. I spoke with them and confirmed the cancellation. However, they rejected my request claiming I "did not pick their call, " which is false. I have provided them with a screenshot of my call log showing a conversation of 1 minute and 16 seconds, yet my evidence was disregarded.
This is unacceptable and appears to be an intentional delay tactic. I request immediate cancellation processing and an explanation for this unjust rejection.
