[Resolved] Livpure — Fake promise of providing free service | |||
When i bought the livepure RO, it came with 2 free service in a year which a customer can claim within a year anytime. When i tried claiming a free service i received a message that an engineer has been appointed for the service please give an appointment date. I called the engineer and he responded that he will come within 2 days but he didn't came so i called him again but he disconnected my call. After that due to pandemic the nation was in a lockdown. No chance i could arrange a service appointment. Later when the lockdown got over i again called the customer service and asked them for the appointment and they told they have confirm my appointment but no message regarding that came to my number. Today i called the customer care and requested them for the service appointment and they have confirmed it. They said the engineer will not charge for his visit but will charge for the parts of RO which need to be changed. I don't get why do company claims it to be free service when they will charge you for the parts. Nice tactics to cheat customers. So i have already used my first free service on 14 August 2020. But now i can't avail my 2nd free service due to this. Their customer service is even worse they don't anything about their work. They will just tell you to wait and assure you that you'll receive call from the company but their words are also fake as company's claims. I already mailed the given email address on 14 August and they replied on 18 August that "your problem was addressed". Without even addressing the problem. Then again I mailed them on 2 November and they replied my mail after 1 month on 1 December. Well That's how you cheat customers by using such tactics. Well i will make sure no one in my friend/ family circle uses this pathetic company's RO. Was this information helpful? | |||
