Livpure — Harassment after request to dismantle the machine since last year | |
On May 24, 2020 to the official mail id of livpure to dismantle the machine as I was leaving Bangalore in June. Additionally, I called them up, but there was no response to the request either on call or on mail. Again I send them a mail on May 29th, 2020 to tell them to pick up the device. But there was no response. Again on June 24th, 2020, which was a week after I left bangalore, I sent them a mail to pick up the machine if they want it. After which they called me up to pick up the machine. I helped the person with the phone number, and got him connected to the landlord of the place, but the service centre did not pick up the machine. After which every month they kept on calling me and harassing me regarding the disconnection. Now I no longer have the contact of the landlord that I could connect them with him. So I could not help them. Now on July 31st, 2021, I get a demand notice from them to handover the machine as well as pay them for the arrears for these many months for which I did not use the machine. This is ultimate level of harassment that I faced by LivPure Team. Due to their mistake and carelessness they have been harassing me. I am attaching the mails that I sent as a proof and the demand notice that they have sent. Was this information helpful? | |
