Livpure — Harassment after RO machine disconnection | |
Name: Mohammed Daoud Email: daoud.[protected]@gmail.com Ph [protected] I raised rental RO disconnection request on 2nd September 2021 and RO was picked up from my address by Livpure technician on 3rd September 2021. I got customer care email on my registered email Id regarding confirmation of machine received in their warehouse. Now since one month Livpure customer care are calling me for recharge and saying that they don't have any details on disconnection. It has been total mental harrasment from their side.
