[Resolved] Livpure — leakage in water purifier. | |||||
Hello, I have purchased "livpure glo 7-litre ro + uv + mineralizer water purifier" on 8 october 2017 and it is still in warranty. After few months i have faced leakage problem in my water purifier, then i called livpure customer care to look into this issue but after making 2, 3 call with 10 to 15 min of hold they finally picked my call they say they will send their technical staf in maximum 24hrs to my to my doorstep, i have raised the complaint on 4th may 5pm in between i called 2, 3 times and after 24 hrs passed i called again now the executive says you please call to the technical department with the number provided, so i called to the department they say they dont have enough staff right now please raise a complaint on livpure customer care, serously? I again called customer care on 5th may 8:30 to 9:00 pm. I have told all my issues and the executive says please call again to the department. When i asked why this is not getting resolved he disconnected the call. I did not see anything like this in any customer care. If you can help! I have 4 year old Livpure GLO 7 litre. Since Friday(March 5), it is leaking. I have called customer care at least 5 times and the job sheet is open but no one has bothered to rectify it. I would rate this company very low on customer care and ensure that no one in my circle ever purchases a LivPure product.
Horrible experience. Their AMC is a scam. The same technicians are willing to come if we pay. Otherwise they don't respond.
