I had rented a Livpure smart RO water purifier and was using it for almost a year until we had to move out from Navi Mumbai on 11th May 2024. We have tried contacting Livpure customer support stating the situation of moving out well in advance on 20th Nov 2024 (1 weeks time for dismantling). First of all the customer support agents were not responsive, unreachable most of the time though we managed to to put cancellation request through their ChatBot +[protected], I requested a subscription cancellation request (C/[protected]. (copy of communications attached ) . Thereafter I tried to connect with the Livpure team in every possible way to connect with them. Sometime had a conversations with them and always requesting to collect the machine and refund my deposit of Rs. 1500/- . Every time when i get a call from their associate that someone will pickup the machine, but in actual no one turned up physically to collect the machine. This is now happening since last six months. The machine is still available at my rented premises and causing me burden here. Finally to get rid of, I had started communication with Livpure team again on 16 Apr 2025 to collect the machine and refund the deposit. But on the same day someone from the Livpure has whatsapp me a document threatening of legal proceeding in this regards.
Now it's been more than six months since i am approaching them to collect their machine and refund deposit, but now they are threatening me through their random calls and a suspicous lawyer. Suddenly it became Harassment to me getting calls, SMS every day for same reason repeatedly over and over again from different persons, and in the end, they started threatening me with a Legal notice(screenshot attached) which they sent me over my WhatsApp number and started Harashing.
It's a clear case of their mistake and carelessness of Livpure which has caused them this issue and for that, they can't Harrash me every day for the thing which is not in my Hand. I have helped them in every possible way that I could and still ready to handover the machine but they smust appear to collect it and refund the deposit.
I want justice for me from Consumer Court on this matter
