However Livpure did not send any Executive for filter replacement as normally happens.
There is no proper response from Livpure after contacting the Customer Care for multiple times.
Every time when called to customer care it is promised that the ACMC will be activated today. Even the CC Executive told that my concern is escalated to higher authority. But when called next time, the Livpure Executive tells there is no escalation for ACMC.
Due to Poor response from Livpure I have to purchase water by paying extra from the market for daily consumption.
How can Livpure be so insensitive in the health related issues.
If Livpure can not provide service it is requested to return the money paid for purchasing ACMC immediately.
