My flat owner had bought a purifier from amazon, livpure ro. We called the respective people for installation. When the engineer came for installation, he replaced a hardware knob as the provided one was faulty. For that he charged us 350 and when i asked for the bill of the knob he refused to provide one. I even requested him for a bill as we needed to send that to our owner to reimburse. Then the procedure is to drain the purifier twice before using it. When i switched it off to drain the water and switched it on, the adapter wouldn't work. So i lodged another complaint for the same on 27th august. No service has been provided ever since. I am even contacting their regional manager, mailed their customer care, tweeted to them. But no response. The regional manager, chand sheikh, simply disconnects my calls and then switches off his phone. A lady from the head office calls me everyday since this week and asks me if the service has been provisioned and promises to do so by the end of that day. Yet no service has been provided till date and we're stuck with this faulty purifier. Amazon also won't take it back as i had raised a request to uninstall the purifier but the uninstallation was also a no show and when the amazon vendor came he had to go back as the purifier was mounted on the wall and there was nothing to send back. They even charge 500 for the uninstallation. Such a sick game of theirs to delay the uninstallation so that we can't return the piece and are stuck. Was this information helpful? |
