Livpure — Poor customer care | |||
Hi, six months back I have installed livpure RO, recent times the taste has changed, for the past one week I was trying to register a complaint but only two days back I have received service message, the assigned technician missed the appointment twice yet to arrive my address, during the process I have noticed the following things 1. Whenever I call customer care the attending person only knows Hindi language even though I asked help in Tamil and English, they said I will receive a call back but I never received any. 2. I made a multiple attempt even for register a complaint 3. Showing interest in new installation and product without warranty but not attending the warranty product From my personal experience I will never suggest livpure to any of my friends, relatives and employees, please attend customer and treat timely manner, kindly address the issue Deenadayalan [protected] 275B, Railway officers quatres Poonamalle high road, Egmore CHENNAI, TN 600008 Was this information helpful? | |||
